Maintaining is more expensive than owning.
A wonderful campsite, but to be 10 has enough left. The Cabin heaters are long overdue. The shower runs out of hot water after 2 minutes, you think you've run out of gas but no, it's the boiler, it's not working properly. That is the opinion of all the users of the Cabins that we do not find showering in the common bathrooms and here another problem appears, there are only 3 showers per sex. Hygienic breakdown.
We know that maintaining a campsite requires staff, spending money and time. Customers have limited patience.

Small and family campsite.
6 people in one of the tents, the campsite is in a grove, it is small, flat and to me it seemed, quite well served, when we went we was FULL.
The attention of the staff is good, solving any questions or problems that may arise.
Cleanliness is correct, everything clean, bathrooms, showers and sinks.
Bar and small shop to buy basics, washing machine.
Spacious and clean showers.
The large car park.

Laura, Kampaoh's representative nice in her explanations.
As for the campsite, very sloppy, we made the entrance at the reception of the campsite to which the Kampaoh space belongs before meeting Laura and the person responsible who attended us in the first place very unpleasant.
As for facilities all old and unclean.
As for the tent Kampaoh, equipped for one night (we weren't there anymore) is fine but it wasn't what we expected nor advertised, at least in that campsite.
As for the campsite, very sloppy, we made the entrance at the reception of the campsite to which the Kampaoh space belongs before meeting Laura and the person responsible who attended us in the first place very unpleasant.

My worst choice
I don't like to post reviews but I have decided to post it for several reasons:
The first and most important thing is so that people who reserve this campsite know where they are going and what happened to me doesn't happen to them.
The second is to deny a comment that seems degrading to me on the part of the owners towards a client (a person I met there, Charo "Canine Educator Madrid" who for making a completely true comment that I witnessed during the days I was there has harassed and demolished)
Well...I start telling my experience:
I stayed for 10 days in September 2023, I booked a cabin for two and a dog, when I arrived and he showed me the cabin I realized that we couldn't be there, it was small, it was dirty and there were stairs that took up the living room, I have disability and I can't climb those types of stairs, I spoke with the owner and she offered me a 4-person one, much more expensive but I didn't skimp...I thought I would find something else but there were three bunk beds, a sofa bed that if you opened it you had to jump To go to the bathroom, you couldn't eat inside because there was no space and if you cooked you had to open everything and then all the mosquitoes came in and didn't let you sleep, not to mention that the heater that was outside turned off every now and then and you had to go out as best you could to tell the owner who told you...yes...how strange...now I say take a look, like the day my microwave came out on fire...I almost died of fright thinking Everything was burning and she so happily told me: Now I'm ordering them to change it. And also to comment since I was there...before 1 in the morning it was impossible to sleep because they were having parties among themselves on the terrace of the cafeteria that was impossible, and not to mention a nap, it was time to do construction and make noise So if you want a place to not rest or relax, it is perfect...
And now I am going to respond to the owner of the campsite who has had the audacity to respond lying to EDUADORA CANINA MADRRID read the comment to verify.
It seems to me that as the owner of the campsite it is unnecessary to start a response saying that you already have an idea what your vacation was going to be like (that says a lot about you). Ahhh...and by the way, regarding your comment, it doesn't ruin anyone's work because everything is dirty and left behind. They also say that it has been an ordeal but not Charo but you and being in that campsite where you could not have privacy.
Regarding her dog, PLEASE DON'T BLAME HER FOR YOUR NECESSITY, she did her little things like the rest and her
owner collected it like the others.
And yes, reviews are necessary that's why I've been encouraged to write, but you have to accept the good and the bad and as to how you solve the problems HA HA HA
And now if you want, make a comment to try to look good, but it won't matter because whoever goes will go through the same ordeal.

Total disconnection
I loved it, everything is very quiet and the comfort of being able to take your pet without problems, I plan to repeat the experience and it is the first time that I have gone to a campsite, we rented a bungalow and it was fabulous, I encourage you, I recommend it, the owners are very friendly
