Excellent choice.

A wonder. Luis, Eladio and the rest of the people who work at Hostal La Mountain in Triollo have made us feel at home, very professional and close at the same time. The location of the hostel is very good to know the beautiful Palatine mountain, the hostel is very clean, the rooms are comfortable and the food, homemade, delicious. The Mood of the hostel bar is also very pleasant, where locals and visitors from Triollo gather. A tenner for the hostel-bar-steakhouse The mountain in Triollo, for Luis and his team. We went for a few days and finally extended the stay. We will definitely return to Hostal La Montaña in Triollo. Thank you for the treatment!

Homemade and exceptional food.

We were a weekend family week and stayed in the cottage as it was the only bar / restaurant in the village we went to lunch and dinner at the rural hostel the mountain , the food is exquisite abundant portions, the best toston and cod a delight and for me talk about the cheesecake of dessert delicious.Quality price of 10.We were also in the afternoon having some beers and the manager Luis very attentive put us some tapas good you were not tapas were plates of squid, tortilla and croquettes and charged us a ridiculous price.The very beautiful surroundings will definitely return.

I don't recommend it,

Very expensive 28 50 € menu , a poor value for money , the del.dia dish consisted of frozen prawns stewed first course , and a slice of salmon without more in the past dish in fact , not a slice of tomato , lettuce or kick. The only thing worth thinking about is dessert.

Average and poorly presented food

We were not staying, we only went to dinner. There is a 17 euro menu with 4 starters and 4 seconds. The presentation of the dishes was very bad and the food was also quite bad. While we were having dinner they had a cart in the dining room with lamb and suckling pig to roast, which gave a very bad image. There were flies on the lamb and people around them having dinner... well, it was a bit strange to be having dinner like that. The good thing is that you could order half a menu. We went because in town it is the only place where you can have dinner, but it is not recommended at all.

Sitio recomendable cerca de la montaña palentina

Un placer haber pasado un par de noches en este hostal. Personal muy amigable y muy atento. El trato ha sido de 10, la comida riquísima, casera y abundante. Las habitaciones limpias y a precio ajustado. Sitio muy tranquilo con vistas al Curavacas. Ideal para reponer fuerzas después de un buen día de alpinismo y descansar
