Superb!
Superb hotel, very friendly reception, private garage across the street, very secure, very comfortable rooms, well-equipped. The only missing items are a shower cap and tissues, which can still be found in 3-star hotels.

Exploring Toledo? Stay here!
I spent four nights here, and it was the perfect location to explore Toledo.
Right next-door to the El Greco Museum. Walkable to all the spots in old town, the cathedral, restaurants, the old historic trail along the river, tours and museums.
My room was nicely appointed, big bed, Jacuzzi bathtub, which was fantastic at the end of a long day of walking. Everything was super clean!
All the staff were excellent, so accommodating, very professional, and so friendly.
For breakfast, you can include the full breakfast when you make your reservation, or each morning just grab a coffee for about €2.5. They also included coffee and a tea kettle in your room. Also in the room is a small refrigerator where you can keep leftovers from your restaurants.
If you’re leaving late in the afternoon, they have an option to do a late checkout for a few extra euro.
I did not eat at the restaurant, there’s also a bar but you can’t get there from inside the hotel. The drinks there were pricey. But there’s a small market just a couple blocks down where you can get snacks and drinks for your room.
I would definitely stay here again! Highly recommend!

Ups and downs
Our experience at this hotel has had its ups and downs.
The hotel is beautiful and very much in keeping with the charm you expect to find in Toledo. We liked the room a lot, especially the jacuzzi integrated into a small cave, which gives it a very special touch. In addition, we thought it was a very original detail that there was a music tower to set the mood for the stay.
We also want to highlight Matías, the receptionist who assisted us upon our arrival. We arrived around 4 in the morning and, even so, he received us with a very professional, friendly, and approachable attitude.
However, not everything was positive. The receptionist who assisted us at another time (she wore a ponytail and her eyebrows were heavily made up) was quite unpleasant. The same thing happened with the cook in charge of breakfast on Monday. We understand that perhaps she was alone because there was no waiter or maître d', but that does not justify the way she treated the customers.
Another incident that surprised us was that, while we were quietly in the room and about to get into the shower, the housekeeper opened the door without knocking first. It was approximately 3:30 in the afternoon, a rather uncomfortable situation that should not happen.
Regarding cleanliness, it is probably the weakest point of the hotel. At first glance everything seems clean, but you only need to look a little closer to find spider webs in several corners and quite a few ants. In fact, at one point during our stay, ants even appeared on the bed.
In summary, it is a hotel with a lot of charm and very beautiful rooms, but we believe that both the cleanliness and the attention from the staff should improve so that the experience is up to the level of the facilities.

Historic
It is in the old part in a historic building. The hotel shows its age inside, but it is fine. I stayed in room 12, correct in size, 2 beds, large bathroom with a bathtub. Only soap as amenities but a small bottle of oil as a gift, nice touch. Secure Wi-Fi with a good signal. Large closet. It is enough for 2 people. The breakfast is very complete, with an egg menu and plenty of high-quality pastries. The service is very friendly. I did the online check-in to save time but it was of little use, it took a long time, there was only one employee and a group of us arrived. Although I requested a large bed at check-in and later by email, they did not pay attention. They have their own parking but it is outside the building, right next door. My experience in general was good and I recommend it.

Beautiful, charming and quiet
Quiet hotel and extremely good taste in its decor, located next to the museum El Greco and in front of the beautiful garden. Comfortable room and excellent breakfast.
