Very good hotel.
The hotel is located a bit away from the center in the chic and quiet neighborhood of "Los Hoteles."
The establishment has a somewhat dated style but is very comfortable, clean, and with impeccable services.
We had a room with a pool view. Spacious, clean, functional with air conditioning, TV, coffee/tea, and minibar. Large bathroom.
Complete continental breakfast with fresh products.
Very pleasant pool.
24/7 reception.
Careful service; the entire staff is professional, attentive, and pleasant.
Possibility to reserve a parking space (for an additional fee), which is very useful as there are few spaces in the neighborhood.
I recommend it.

Terrible service at the front desk
The counter is so high that you could only see their foreheads and they didn't even make an effort to stand up. Zero manners. I have worked in hotels for quite a few years and I have never treated customers like that...
On top of that, we tried to add 1 more room to our August reservation and they told us they weren't allowed to make reservations at the front desk, that it had to be through the website. Which is completely incorrect.
So they missed out on the nearly 700€ we were going to spend there; I guess they have money to spare...

It is not worth it.
The two masseuses, from our point of view, lack experience; I have been to many massage places and have never had an experience like this. My feeling was one of disinterest and having no idea what they were doing. We even doubted that the masseuse did not show up and they sent someone else; it is inexplicable. I never leave reviews, but if I can help someone, I would recommend they go to any other place.

Fantastic experience
At the reception, Daniel did everything possible to organize some excursions.
The only gap concerns the difficulty of the excursions, which are not provided either at the hotel or by the various agencies I contacted both by phone and in person.
If I were to decide to return to Tenerife, without a shadow of a doubt, I would return to Colon Rambla.

From the first moment one understands that here “quality” is a philosophical concept: it exists in theory, but no one has seen it lately. The installations show a decadent charm difficult to describe; we could call it “involuntary vintage”, where wear is not style but abandonment.
Customer service deserves special mention. Receptionists Kevin and Mary achieve something extraordinary: turning any simple consultation into an expert-level test of patience. Between unclear answers, Olympic unwillingness and a friendliness that clearly took a permanent vacation, they make check-in more exciting than an air-conditioned waiting room.
Bottom line: perfect if you’re looking to live the experience of constantly wondering where the four stars hid... because they’re clearly not in service, attention, or maintenance.
