Everything was good. Everything was in good repair and we were able to sleep very well each night in the comfortable beds.

You will carry your luggage 300m and take it up the stairs, without a fridge and expensive.

You make the reservation and it shows you 'how to get there', you click there and Google Maps opens, I was riding around for 25 minutes, I could not reach the 'hotel', adding the address to Waze had the same story, impossible to arrive, then I realize why, it turns out that this 'hotel' is on a side street of a plaza closed to traffic, so the GPS goes crazy, once you locate the place you have to carry your luggage 300m since there is no way to get there except by walking, you arrive and find an old restored house, nothing like a hotel, you press the code they sent you when checking in and the street door does not open, it is 32 degrees with no shade, you call the help number listed in your reservation and no one answers, it is 2:30 PM and I see that check-in is at 3 PM, I write a message and they respond that the room is not ready, which is a LIE, they just did not want to send a master code to at least open the street door and be able to bring the luggage into the 1-meter entrance space, after pressing for messages they send a guy who spent 15 minutes trying to open by pressing countless codes, finally at 2:50 PM he managed to open, you have to carry your luggage up an 80 cm staircase, you reach the room, there are no closets, no fridge, no shelves, or a place to put the suitcase, the 32-inch TV is anchored to a wall to the left of the bed 1 meter away, so if you are on the right side of the bed, you are guaranteed a stiff neck, you sit on the bed and the springs squeak, you look for the wifi password, it is not there, you go down the stairs to the entrance and there is the password, there is no wifi in the bed, the router signal does not reach, you cannot see anything, the ceiling is wooden as if they had added a room above and it has no insulation, the footsteps echo amplified and you can hear everything they say upstairs, the bathroom has a sensor that turns on the light and turns off after 3 minutes, so you go to the bathroom at night and wake up your partner, and you hear all the noises from the plaza with bars and restaurants.
There is no bottle of water, no fridge, no drawer, and nothing in the bathroom, the toilet paper is transparent, you shower and it floods, the worst place of this 10-day trip and the most expensive, horrible experience in this invention they call a 'hotel'.

We were really pleased with the hotel’s location in the heart of this historic city. The room was nice, clean, and modern, with enough space for a family of four for a night. We arrived a bit early, and we were allowed to enter the room to settle in with the young children on a very hot day, which was greatly appreciated. The check‑in and check‑out process was very smooth. The system for accessing the hotel and the room by typing a code on the screens was brilliant—much better than cards or keys. I wish more places would implement it.
We asked if we could leave our bags for a while after check‑out at 11 a.m. to explore the city and pass some time before travelling to our next destination, but this was denied due to a lack of space at the hotel. As a result, we found ourselves outside with our bags and two young children on a very hot day, trying to work out what to do and where to go. At the same time, another family of four was also struggling with their bags, trying to store them before check‑in at 3 p.m. We understand the lack of space; however, we felt the hotel management could have been more helpful by researching and being aware of nearby places where guests can store their luggage before check‑in or after check‑out. I think this would be very much appreciated by all customers.

Wonderful room, AC worked a treat. Comfy beds and helpful staff despite not being on the property, they responded very quickly to any queries. Just an amazing place.

The room had been stylishly remodeled. It was a bit small for travelers with two suitcases to open. I was not aware that there is no staffing at the hotel and everything is done by messaging, with front door code only sent at 15:00. We had 5 people waiting at the door trying to get in after arriving by train at noon. It is a big problem if you have to carry you luggage around for 3 hours if you can't drop it off at the hotel until check-in time. We had been sent a message to supply identity details, but it required a signature, and none of the 5 had any way to do that digitally. Most of the communication had to be done on WhatsApp, which we don't use, in order to function properly, including check out. Fortunately, the person in charge was on the premises and eventually let us in. She admonished us for arriving before 15:00, but she was friendly and took in everyone's luggage. She was very nice, but that doesn't change the fact we did not know it was an unstaffed hotel and we would normally not be able to leave our luggage. That said, it was a very good location, centrally located for our sightseeing.
