Beware the bells
We had chosen a small room to reduce costs and it was rather cramped.
Communication over arrival and entry codes was excellent.

We are sorry to hear that the cathedral bells affected your sleep. Our property is located in the heart of Seville's historic centre, just steps away from the Cathedral, one of the city's most iconic landmarks. While this prime location allows guests to enjoy the main attractions, shops and restaurants within walking distance, it also means experiencing some of the unique sounds and atmosphere of the historic city centre.
Regarding the room size, it corresponds to the category booked, and all room details are clearly described on our booking platforms.

1) the response time from the host was 110%. Not just 100. They texted before during and after to ensure our comfort. It was nice to get a text each and every morning to see if there’s anything that we needed. The response time was instant.
2) you are in the heart of everything. After so many days of walking around Spain, my feet were extremely exhausted.. WD had recommended a spa but it was a little outside of my budget. I found one even closer (7 mins away). Dee, professional massage therapist has over 20 yrs of exp Nelumbo Massage

3) housekeeping service was great. We loved the great big, thick, fluffy towels.
4) the apartment itself was beautiful. Wish we had window to outside, but the upstairs deck was nice.
What we thought could’ve been improved
1) the written instructions for entry had extra characters that were not needed. You just needed to put the numbers in with the #sign at the end. It was a little confusing because they had stars * and another # at the beginning with the initial instructions. I saw that another reviewer had mentioned that too, but I didn’t make a note of it to remember. I thought they might’ve fixed that since it had been mentioned so hopefully if I write it again, they will also the digital board wasn’t set properly so with one of the numbers you had to press it above
2) Not 100% sound or light proof. Bring a sleep mask and earplugs.
Would we return? Absofreakinglutey!
