Avoid like the plague, it's a slum
I was in Seville for a weekend.
We chose the room with the ensuite bathroom, in this the shower was leaking and the pipe was clearly not his, we pointed out, they told us they would call someone but nothing was done.
In the room it was cold this because the fixtures were to be thrown away with an attached hole that let air through. We caught a super rainy weekend and the room was raining in from the ceiling.
We pointed it out, we were told that the rain was coming from the window and it was only later admitted that it was coming from the ceiling, and a bucket with rags was put in it.
I requested to change rooms but they told me it was all occupied (it didn't seem to me but whatever we give the benefit of the doubt).
The room was obviously damp and cold, you could hear the outside noises as if people were inside the room and definitely not very clean.
But beyond all that what I didn't like was the way they treated us, which was like we were morons for anything we pointed out or asked, they weren't professional at all.
The structure is dilapidated, old (as well as all the furniture) and smells of moisture.
Incompetent, arrogant and rude staff.
The only nice thing is the patio, with colorful tiles.

Classic Antique
Our room was on the ground floor and the very first room – room number 1. The wooden bed and cupboard is old but goes with the place. The hotel looks very secure. The toilet cum shower was shared but modern and clean. The reviews made me a bit scary but it was not cold for me. We have given 2 double blankets but after some time it was too much for me and 1 blanket was enough for me. We were in the first room on the ground floor next to the road but the room is not super cold for us. The noise is common whoever lives next to a road. Though it was quiet after midnight. We have given fresh towels as well. It was a fine stay for me and the money I have paid – I should not expect a 5-star hotel.

Good location, authentic look, VERY noisy
The room and the shared rooms are nice and authentic. However the floor in the room was dirty, after walking barefeet in the room, my feet was black.
We got a room with a private bathroom facing the street. The walls, door and windows block ABSOLUTELY NO NOISE. The shared bathroom was next to us, we could listen to everyone shutting the door very loudly, using the toilet and the shower.
The windows are made of some kind of cheap plastic, and they block absolutely nothing from the very loud scooters outside.

Not bad, but could be better
The furniture in the room was pretty old and air conditioning not for free.
Do not stay in the room facing the street at the ground floor (no privacy, noise, etc...).
