Sumptuous city with many museums and other palaces in a most welcoming atmosphere.

The perfect location to discover the whole city. Paid parking nearby.
From "old" Zaragoza, everything can be done on foot. Our hotel was opposite the central market where you can find what you want in food and other.

Dissatisfied

It is almost impossible to drive there. The front entrance leads out onto a road that cars are no allowed to drive on only. The garage is reached by going down narrow back streets and is hidden by a metal shutter. You will have to leave your car there and walk round the corner, for the receptionist to raise the shutter. It is a VERY steep ramp and very tight spacing. You will only be allowed to park in the allocated space. The drinks machine on our floor was not working and there was no kettle or drinking water available in the room. Strong smell of cigarette smoking.
Overall I have to say I was disappointed in the lack of assistance from the staff, lack of amenities and would not stay there again.

Very friendly reception staff, indicated us before arriving the parking that they have arranged nearby since it is impossible to park in that area 17.50€ a day.
Hotel that as soon as you enter you sense a strange smell. When we got to the room the smell worsened, we had to leave the window open and leave. The dirt was everywhere, I left pictures of the greatest example of the bathroom. The room of 2 adults and a child; the bed is in the hallway to the bathroom. The air conditioning a thunderous noise.
If you can avoid going.

Great location but...

Many weak points in this hotel: the hotel is hard to find, despite the signage,. The room, cramped, overlooked a tiny inner courtyard. You couldn't see the sky. Clean, without more, a little disheveled (splinters in the bathtub enamel, vanity unit in pitiful condition, bottom of door tower puffed by water, no shower seal... ) Nothing catastrophic but a set of unfavorable details. No refrigerator, no microwave, no kettle. Too bad...
Parking (€17.50 per day) is very impractical, the front door is difficult to find, the place is very small and difficult to access. The elevator opens into the entrance of another building and then you have to cross the courtyard to access the hotel.
Highlights: the staff is charming, the hotel is well located, close to cathedrals and shopping streets. It's not very expensive. It has parking. Once the car is parked, we are ideally placed to discover this pretty city of Zaragoza.

Perfect everything!

The hotel has a great location. A few minutes walk from the city's historic center and the El Tubo neighborhood where the bars are located. The room in perfect condition, the breakfast goes well and the attention of its first class employees.
