The apartment had fantastic views of the estuary and city, and was spacious. Had basic cooking equipment, but not really sufficient for regular self- catering. Decor a bit tired, and could do with Netflix / Prime on TV for travellers for whom Spanish isn't their first language.

All very well. And happy with the experience.

Very good service. The apartments clean and very good views of the marshes. There are restaurants nearby where you eat very well and also very friendly staff.

too much road noisy there should be a minimum sense to have soundproof doors .. left one day early to other hotel .. can trust expedia as well

Convenient location close to SDR airport, Valle Real Mall, grocery stores, etc but the furnishings and their comfort is beyond poor and tired. Lucky for us, it was barely 7hrs in total that we spent since we just needed a place to sleep close to the airport but the bed, TV, a/c not working, they had tabletop fans (haven't seen one of those in over 20yrs), uncomfortable bed with a 5-6" super poor quality mattress. They still old school check-in, regular door lock keys, etc but the reception staff was very nice. With a bit of TLC this place can be an EXCELLENT choice for everyone, not just those looking for a bed for a couple of hours.

Highly recommended! Excellent!

Excellent site overlooking the bay. We were on the ground floor and could go straight out on the terrace, as we were carrying dog we did great. We stayed 4 nights and only one need to use the ventilator we were provided. They also told us that if we needed more towels to order them. The apartment has two levels and is very cuckoo. It has everything: dryer, soap, shampoo, dish detergent, coffee maker, clothes rack, washing machine, microwave...Also gift from the house left us two sobaos and water.
