Lovely family friendly hotel.

We booked a 10 night stay all inclusive at the Protur Sa Coma Playa. It was a very nice hotel.
Check in was good, informative and friendly.
We booked a suite. It was a good size for 4 of us, nice and clean and modern. Had a few issues with our mini bar being restocked for some reason - we had to speak to reception four times about this. On the last time I was told there is only one lady who restocks the whole hotel and “sometimes she runs out of time”. This was a bit disappointing.
There was lots of young children at the hotel. The hotel would be really good for young children, there wasn’t enough going on for our 9 and 12 year old really though.
We were able to use the other Protur hotel’s facilities, such as mini golf, tennis, bike hire which is really good.
The hotel is a good location though, so nice to walk to the beach (10 minute walk).
There was only 1 pool we could use - as we had children, which did get quite busy but still nice.
The hotel over all was really nice and clean and well kept. I unfortunately did get very ill (D&V) so had to stay in the room for 48 hours, i think it might have been something I ate as no one else in my family was ill so possibly not catching.
The evening entertainment was ok, it was all a bit too tame for us but we had cards and games we could play together which was fine. The boys enjoyed the pool table (€1 a game).
The food is really nice, good selection and well prepared. Juan Carlos at the restaurant was so lovely, welcoming and friendly. The drinks are waiter service in the restaurant. We ate at the buffet every day apart from one night which We booked at the Tex Mex Grill which was at the Protur Safari Hotel next door. It was still a buffet but nice food. It was a shame we could only book 1 night at the other restaurants as for 10 nights I would have appreciated being able to make 2 bookings for variety.
We booked a taxi from the airport which was an hour, so quite a long drive, but worth it when you get there.
Overall it was a nice hotel and I would recommend it for a short stay and with young children.

The best all inclusive stay!

Just returned from a 7 night all inclusive stay - our first time at a ‘Protur’ hotel. It was probably one of the best hotels we have ever been to. We booked a ‘twin room’ and did request to be on a high floor with a pool view - which we got. The room was immaculate and such a good size. Our balcony overlooked the main pool and got the sun all day. Even though we were close to the evening entertainment and bar area you couldn’t hear it at all from the room. There is a mini fridge that is included on all inclusive and is restocked everyday!
Probably some of the best all inclusive food we have ever had. There was something different each evening and so much choice. We particularly loved all the choice of meats on offer - they were always so tasty and tender. All the food was warm and always replenished. Even at busy times the restaurant felt very clean and staff were always so friendly.
We used the adults only pool everyday which was lovely and quiet. No need to reserve sun beds, there was always plenty. Shoutout to the bar man at the adults pool bar (sorry we didn’t get his name but we think it was James?) He was always so chatty and asking how we were.
Entertainment was varied in the evenings- some better than others! The cocktails were delicious - we loved the mojitos! It never got too busy that you couldn’t get a seat either which was nice. We walked into town after dinner most evenings ( the location of this hotel is perfect for this) Around 5-10 minute walk you have plenty of shops, restaurants and the beach. There is a lovely beach front walk you can do which is so nice in the evening. Everywhere felt very safe too.
Definitely recommend the free bike hire! We did this twice while we were there and was a great way of exploring as everywhere had cycle lanes. We rode to Calla Millor which was around 15 minutes and was another lovely town and beach.
The only negative we would say is that the air con wasn’t very effective. Our room always seemed so warm even on the lowest setting.
Overall we had the best stay and feel it could be more than a 4 star.

Everything about this hotel is brilliant if you go in August , the adults only is so quiet and it’s lovely, the food is fabulous and the service is brilliant, would def return

Amazing!

Beautiful hotel. The hotel is located in a quieter area of Mallorca which was perfect, however there was still so much to do, and many cafes/restaurants nearby. Our room was very specious and thoroughly cleaned daily. We booked a room on the ground floor which included a small pool just for us and a couple other rooms beside us, which was a wonderful addition and would definitely pay the extra money for it. The food was excellent and had many different options every night. All the staff (especially the staff in the restaurant) were always extremely friendly and efficient - the staff would take our finished plate away within 30 seconds. Also, the hotel had many different facilities including bike hire and tennis. The pool was huge with no wars for the sunbeds.
Overall, a wonderful stay and would definitely return again.

Great hotel

Been coming here for years, great hotel in good location. Slight mix up with rooms (tui issue) but reception we able to resolve one of the rooms despite the hotel being full. Rooms were immaculate. Adult pool area was relaxing as ever - clean and comfortable. The restaurant was as welcommmg as ever with staff warmly greeting our return. We thought the quality of the food was better this year than previous years. The only observation I would have is to consider an adult only area in the restaurant- whilst a family hotel it would be nice to have a meal without children running around and sometimes the nice was too much. Some parents just let kids do what they want despite it annoying other guests. That was the only negative thing on this holiday. Great use of the free padel courts and bikes. No doubt we will return. Thank you.
