Perfect!

Bocalé is a small mountain gem; everything was super good: clean, central, and the receptionist Encarna was very, very kind at all times. Totally recommendable! (J. & Javier)

SHAMEFUL ATTENTION

Dire experience at Hotel Bocale 3000. We were advised of the access tunnel cut only to ensure we arrived before 8.30pm and charged the stay, but deliberately concealed that the village was without services. Upon arrival, the entire municipality closed by the works; not a single restaurant open. The 3-star hotel solution: ‘It’s not our problem, go buy snacks at a tobacconist annex to the hotel’
The worst part is that I asked them in advance for restaurant information by email days before and they answered me with generic advertising hiding the reality, as they did not mention any restaurants. We had to leave the hotel at night to find a place to dine and sleep with dignity. What I appreciate is that I have everything in writing to claim. Unethical, void professional diligence and shameful treatment. Complaint in Consumer Affairs and Tourism Inspection filed. Avoid it if you are looking for a basic minimum service such as EATING.

Wonderful spa.

The receptionist attended us professionally and explained the operation of the spá, which is very nice, bright with its central vault, and very clean. It has a sauna for 6, jacuzzi for 2, large pleasant temperature pool with a very effective/healing waterfall and a shower with many jets at various temperatures. We were 7 friends and, after an hour of enjoyment, we left delighted.

The best boutique hotel in the Aragonese Pyrenees

You can't imagine a better hotel to stay in the Aragonese Pyrenees. Seriously!
A beautiful boutique hotel phenomenally located in Sallent de Gallego, which is a beautiful and cozy mountain village with everything you expect and more.
Elena and Manolo, the owners, not only make you feel at home, with an exquisite treatment, very professional but especially close, but also give you all their experience and deep knowledge of the Tena Valley with fabulous recommendations, both excursions and activities in Spanish and French territory (don’t forget that the border is a stone’s throw away), as well as restaurants of all kinds to enjoy the rich local gastronomy.
Add in its relaxing spa and breakfasts complete with fresh produce like fresh scrambled eggs, and you have a complete experience.
We'll be back! No doubt about it!

A Gem of a Hotel

We spent 5 days at this gem of a hotel. The hotel is located near the town center and has spectacular views if the mountains. The room was large and comfortable with a balcony. The owners were friendly and helpful. The breakfast was generous. We also enjoyed the indoor pool in the spa. We will return!
