A nice location, quiet and fairly central. I enjoyed having the WiFi check in. (No keys to lose!). I didn’t try the cafe but it looked nice, as well as the sweet lady who let us leave our cases in reception on our check out day. Good bed and shower.
I didn’t like the weird green light in the room (so I just left it switched off)

Horrible

Horrible, we had never had such a bad experience at a hotel. First, they notify us less than an hour before check-in time that there is no air conditioning. Kind and understanding, we realize these things can happen, we tell them it does not matter. They leave us a fan (despite that, we have the room at 86 degrees, impossible to lower the temperature, but we do not complain).
Second day, we have a wedding. We get up early and there is no hot water. We notify them and they tell us they are going to report the incident. Suddenly they cut off the water completely without being able to tell us when they are going to restore it. We have a wedding and we have to shower. They give us the option of going to a hotel a 10-minute walk away just to shower (a hotel that looked like anything but a hotel). Again, we accept.
We are at a wedding, we arrive late, and we receive a call that we cannot answer. We call back and they tell us they are closing the hotel (that they are going to relocate us, that we should call Booking so they can provide a solution). We have traveled a lot and we know that things are not like that; they do not offer us any kind of solution. We arrive very late at night and we cannot pick up our things at that hour. After fighting quite a bit, they agree to let us stay at the hotel (without water). And to top it off, we arrive at 2:00 a.m. back from the wedding and, surprise, they have deactivated our keys. We have to get back in touch and finally they open it for us remotely.
We slept in a hotel with absolutely no one, without water, and worried all the day before instead of being able to enjoy ourselves.
They have refunded our money (after we demanded it, because if it were up to them, not even that).
Horrible, I still cannot believe it.
I will add that the rooms were quite poorly maintained, quite far from reality (stains on the walls, dirty toilet upon our arrival with uncleaned residue...).
Special mention to the receptionist who was the only one who showed concern and personally took care of getting us a room quickly so we could shower.

Charming hotel

I found this stay magnificent! The hotel is beautiful and quite new , it keeps the charm of the old building facade and inside is super new, the beds comfortable and super clean I recommend it one hundred percent! we loved it !

Curious and nice hotel

Nice, comfortable and curious hotel. Close to the Congress Palace, and downtown. The bedroom window was an antique door to the facade. Very spacious room, comfortable bed and pillow. Everything clean and the breakfast was clean, because the checkin is all digital, very friendly and a rich breakfast and done at the time. I'll repeat.
