Good location with paid parking

Stayed for one night and chose this hotel as parking in the city centre can be difficult. The hotel had private parking at an extra cost and was located about 10 to 15 minutos from the centre, easy to reach. The hotel is very big, a bit old fashioned, but the room was very spacious, as was the bathroom. Right beside the hotel there's a Mercadona for some grocery shopping, as the breakfast itself might seem a bit disappointing (there were a lot of guests, it gets a bit busy and the selection is not very wide) The staff was very nice and overall it was a comfortable stay.

A good location but that's all

Well-located hotel in Salamanca, however it is a noisy hotel, the housekeeping staff starts the rooms early in the morning so it wakes you up

They only care about money, and the customer service is not four-star quality.

It leaves much to be desired for a four-star hotel. On Saturday the 20th, we bought a bottle of wine to celebrate the exams and I went down to reception because my corkscrew was not working, and they told me that the restaurant would not open the bottle because they sell wine... they made me walk around until I found a store to buy a new one... then the rooms are not completely clean, or they have issues like rooms 130 and 332 where the outlets give shocks or the refrigerator does not work. After 10 days in the hotel paying a fortune and feeling like we were losing our minds (because the mattresses are old and springy!), the receptionists told us that they could not let us check out 1 or 2 hours later, that we had to pay 15 euros per hour, and when I consulted with the supervisor, he said no... in my opinion, you are very stingy, more than a Catalan. You do not care about the customer at all and you take advantage of the situation because we need the hotel next to the institute... I advise you not to come, there are hotels where the staff is friendlier and are right in the center. The staff here seems to be at a funeral, except for one nice girl who did extend our reservation for one more night and was very resourceful... they also did not want to extend the night because there were no rooms, but there were on booking?? Everything was contradictory.

Centrally located, good service, and general cleanliness in the rooms.

A pleasant impression of this hotel due to its magnificent location, attentive staff, and cleanliness. Good breakfast (optional), but it seems expensive, proportionally, the €15 per night for parking.

Pleasant hotel and welcome.

Good geographical location, room, very clean, a bottle of water in the room would have been welcome.
