Very posh. Very beautiful hotel. It was wow. I don’t understand why the guest rating is only 8.8. It should be much higher. The breakfast was ok. It was not extravagant. No complaints.

This is a beautiful hotel with great decor with many art works around. The room is clean and spacious and staff was helpful and professional. Avoid 1st floor as it's where the gym located. Loud rumble noise from the gym in the morning. I asked for room change and was accommodated without any problems.
As a 5 star hotel, and charging for 17 euros per day per head, the breakfast is rather poor. Fruit, cold meat and cheese sections are good and tasty but salad should be more choices (olives, cucumber, lettuce etc)
Hot section is not good sausage is not quality and fried eggs were cold for all three breakfasts that I went. Bread rolls were tasteless even with butter.
The breakfast was not qualified for a 5 star hotel and with that price tag. Avoid with all cost.
Tea and coffee in the room was not supplied correctly. Our double room has 1 coffee capsule and one decaf. 1 black tea, 1 herbal tea. Never fill up for 4 night we stayed. It's not a 5 star hotel service. If it was just just one time miss supplied I would have no problem with, but no filling room tea, coffe for 4 night isn't a mistake, it hotel policy.
Many many hotels provide drinking water in the room or filter water station at the lobby to encourage guests to fill reusable bottles and avoid plastic bottles. This is a necessary sustainable business ethic but not in Eurostars Araguaney. Disappointing!

Could be better, not in line with 5*

Hotel with an excellent location and spacious room but it needs a furniture update and maintenance in the facilities. Pool not adapted for people with reduced mobility, what is the point of that huge step right when you enter? And then to get out of the pool you really struggle because you have to climb those stairs. Also, the two steps at the gallery exit are unnecessary, it is not that hard to build a proper ramp there to enter with suitcases. Staff is friendly but, for example, at the front desk during check-in they don't even ask if you know anything about the city and they don't offer a tourist map.

Just Cool

I have to say your hotel was the best.
How private it was with such s central location was a hotel experience I wont forget. The staff are just excellent. When wr arrived they were filming a spanish movie and although there was casr and crew they spoiled us...When Spain "Viva Espsnia" won the world cup it was hust such mayhem and fun for such a quite neighourhood...My self and my wife who are in our 50s drank too much gin n tonic and when we woke up to check out the manager allowed us to stay in the room until 18.00 hr although it cost 60 euro it was pleasant..Our late flight was met by a charming taxi driver that the hotel arranged...however Santiago is just F@@king deadly... best place ever ive visited and ive travelled.

The hotel room was nice and clean but the internet was not configured correctly so it was blocked and not able to be used.
