Greatest customer service at the Gym,spa
The hotel is really nice and beautiful. What amazing place outstanding people who Work here. I want to say Special thank thank you to spa manager Barbara, who has made my stay so special. She is an outstanding member of a team and a pro athlete Ana the director of the hotel was really nice and help me ,both of them went into the extra effort ,during a difficult time I have been through at that time
Barbara. Is very Professional making every Clint feel special. Barbara is highly educated in customer care and spa management , is an outstanding Highly Professional yoga and spinning instructor ,
The Night Manager on the other hand, was rude to me ,His name I believe is Armini difficult to interact with and he tends to ignore you and blank you. Very rude.
I was staying at the hotel during es Castell festivities ask Him Where was the taxi. He was rude and literally walked away from me.
The green is a place where you can have coffee and some croissants and juice ,things to eat ,cleaning services keep hotel spotless to the highest possible ,it wasn’t my best time ,but I’m thankful for the extra efffort that they did, into help me ,

Artiem in Mao
I needed a place to spend 10 hours between checkout from a villa at 10:00 until flight departure from MAH. This place was perfect. Reception staff were delightful. Amenities were great including spa area. Bedroom was spotless, roomy and perfect. It's in centre of Mao and even with 35c it was close to several restaurants. Mao is an old and interesting city for a ramble...when it's cooler!! But Artiem Capri was great for my purpose.

Perfect hotel and location
Lucy on the reception desk,welcomed us so warmly and was very knowledgeable about the island..Helped us by printing off bus timetables .Bus station 5-10minute walk,as is the centre of Mahon.
Rooms very well looked after..
Green room ,very useful for impromptu hunger, beer wine,juices water and hot drinks and a fridge with sandwiches,pastries salads and yogurts,this is all free from 2pm-6am,what a bonus..
Breakfast was a very healthy option,omelette cooked to order,yogurts,seeds nuts, fruit,juices,cereal, bread and pastries.
Very friend staff..A lovely hotel in a great location.

Excellent
The breakfast was spectacular. The complimentary bar, The Green, was a big plus. We only used the spa on the day of our arrival because the other days were for the beach, but it was also great. We stayed in the small room, but it was more than enough. The room lights were wonderful and automated. Good TV. Good shower. Shower gel, shampoo, and conditioner. Everything was very new and clean. The luggage storage option was also great. They called a taxi for us to go to the airport. The staff was very friendly and willing to make your stay even better. As a point for improvement (and just to complain about something), I would mention the elevator, which was slow and there was only one, but we were on the second floor so it was better to take the stairs.

Very complete
Hotel in the center of Mahón, a 10-minute walk away, very comfortable. Very clean and new. The breakfast is very complete, varied, and delicious. A nice touch is the free green corner for snacks and the filtered water machines. The staff was very kind, both at the front desk and in the dining room. I would definitely stay again.
