The hotel is very well run, I liked the coffee station but no coffee in the room was a minor down side, the breakfast was very varied and delicious
The only problem for me is I stayed on Sunday and the restaurant next door was shut and no local options available also hotel doesn't have a bar

It needs more staff on Reception and too expensive

The hotel was expensive as it’s on the middle of an industrial estate near nothing and no Taxi available. They just wasn’t enough staff of Reception just one man who was struggling on his own. He was kind enough to let us park on Motorbikes in the garage.

Great

A good place to rest for a night when you are on a tourist trip in the area, you can park without any problem next to the hotel as there are many available spaces.
Good cleanliness in the room and bathroom, and the bed is super large and very comfortable. The girl at the reception was very nice, and she informed us that we had free water, coffee, and juices available on the ground floor.

I don’t consider the hotel a worthy B&B badge holder. I requested a room for a disabled person, I received no acknowledgement, on arrival around 8pm I asked the staff if the bathroom was suitable for disability and he confirmed yes. I got to the room and it was not disabled friendly. Unfortunately I went straight to a meeting and was unable to query or change rooms. It is extremely dangerous for me to try and enter/exit a bath. Why don’t staff read or respond to a request. This frequently happens.
On going to bed there was only a sheet no blanket no duvet so I increased the aircon, it didn’t heat and I spent a cold 10c night unfair sheet.
I use B&B a lot but will now review my options.

Ideal B&B type hotel. Great for a stopover on our travels

Stayed here for a night on our travels. Dog friendly hotel. Room was a decent size. We booked the superior double room. Free coffee machines to use downstairs in reception 24/7. Great pit stop for the night.
