Lovely place. Had a quiet room on the top floor. Roof and jacuzzi is brilliant. Great value for money!

A charming little hotel in the centre of Pollenca

We have been to Pollenca and the surrounding area many times and now for the first time at Hotel Juma. A very friendly welcome kicked off our stay. There is also coffee and water at the reception in the lounge area. We had asked for a quiet room. This was not very big, but the bathroom had new fittings, was well maintained, and the bed excellent.
On the rooftop there is a hot tub and some seating. The view is impressive.
Breakfast is original. You can choose from about 10 different dishes, we can especially recommend the fresh fruit plate. Very good. The Service is nice and always there.
The place is a real recommendation and we will definitely come back.

Brilliant location, good breakfast, excellent value

The hotel was excellent. Located in the main square, my room was towards the back so probably not as noisy as some (to be expected given the location). No air con (although that might be because I couldn't work it!) but not needed with a cool breeze through the balcony door. A nice sun deck on the roof. Breakfast was excellent

Excellent location

Hotel Juma was waiting for us at the end of our biking trip. We only stayed for one night but still enjoyed our time here. Our room and bathroom were of good size and well appointed. Staff at reception was polite, helpful and friendly. The hotel itself is in a great location, right at the corner of the town's main plaza. There are good restaurants and shops within a 5-minute walk. Definitely a good hotel to stay at if you want to explore the area. Would definitely recommend it to anyone looking to spend some time in Pollenca.

Lovely small and traditional hotel

Sadly only had one night here but we loved this small, traditional hotel. It’s right on the main square of Pollensa old town and in a historic building which has been sensitively renovated. Our room was simple but clean, well maintained, spacious and even had a small balcony. Breakfast was excellent and service first class. Would happily return.
