Nice hotel in beautiful location
I had a single room with a small double bed. Was neat and clean, quite noisy when people make noise in the hallways so bring earplugs if you are sensitive to it. Air conditioning works well.
For anyone who needs to come to the hotel from Barcelona airport, you can buy a ticket for the bus from Movendis for 20-25 euros per person. Ride is about 2.5 hours, tickets are available in advance. There are no shared transfers and a taxi is more than 200 euros.
Bus station in Platja is about 15-20 minutes walk to the hotel via the shopping street, very easy and nice to see the town right away.
Coastal path is recommended for walking, but many stairs and uneven parts, so don't do if you have difficulty walking.

Beautiful location.
Rooms unfortunately not always clean hair and sand of previous guests.
Staff is friendly and helpful.
Unfortunately rooms are noisy so bring your earplugs!
Parking expensive I would find it neat if the parking for hotel guests would be free or a lot cheaper 20,- euros per day is a lot and 15,- euros for the days after as well.

The best part was the location and the bar staff.
We booked a suite that overlooks the garden, and in the bathroom, worms were coming out from the shower area. A bit disgusting and lacking in cleanliness.
The ALL-INCLUSIVE is a scam since half of the drinks, like MOJITOS, are not included unless you pay for PREMIUM. The bar closes at 1 AM, and for ALL-INCLUSIVE guests, it closes at 11 PM. A disgrace.

Horrible.
Finally, we can hear the neighbor in the next room snoring at night.
I requested a refund for at least one night because I had also taken half board, but I imagine I cannot be refunded in full.
The hotel refuses; please do something.
