Nice hotel
Good and clean hotel near the beach,with magical views from the balcony. Nice staff and good selection everything from food / drink and various activities such as fine spa facility.

Don't go here.
Would like to review this hotel and the food is terribly bad. Have buffe all including package. Buffen is beneath contempt. There are no shellfish . Food cold and tasteless, looks like the worst school canteen. Been a guest for many years and can compare with it. If nothing changes, the hotel will lose guests. Choose another hotel and enjoy the food.

Good hotel
We had a wonderful holiday at this hotel. Super friendly staff, plus a Danish and Swedish receptionist who is super service minded and will help in all ways.
Entertainment almost every night.
Good drinks and great breakfast. We had purchased all inclusive, but thought that lunch and dinner was not as good. The food was not wrong, but it was not so interesting.
Nice room(No 15) though with a lot of noise from the street. The hotel is perfectly located, inside the city and not far from the beach.
The bed was good, good pillows and dynes. Enough solar carriages. They must only be occupied from 9:30 a.m. and that was virtually respected. We would love to return to this hotel.

Really good location
The hotel is very well located. Beautiful view and central location. The weather was relatively bad while we were there. But we had a perfect starting point for long walks, among other things we walked along the water to Palma. A nice trip of about 7-8 kilometers. We had a room that was actually under the pool, down in a basement. We got a little skeptical on the way down there, but the room was super nice. With a nice view. Lots of closet space and a nice large bathroom. Since we had a lot of rain we wanted to watch a little TV. However, there were flanges in the screen and the TV was very small and of older date. Not of great importance but worse than usual at Sunprime. Generally sweet staff everywhere who made their efforts to keep the area neat and provide good service. Lots of chairs, but again we only had a few days of sun. However, we experienced a good culture around reservation of solar wagons. All inclusive was really bad. Good breakfast and fine drinks (do not drink them myself but they looked good and people seemed satisfied), but lunch and dinner were not worth the money. Would like to visit the place again, but definitely only chooses breakfast. However, you get plenty of other fine things if you visit the place.

4 star hotel without airconditioning.
No air conditioning in the hotel. Outside temp was +25C, but only heating available, very hot inside at nights.

We would like to clarify that our hotel does have air conditioning throughout the property. Our system is centrally managed, which means it operates either in heating or cooling mode for the entire building, but not both simultaneously.
During the week last week, due to low temperatures and a higher demand for heating from other guests, the system was set to heating mode. However, on May 14th, it was switched to cooling mode following the higuer temperatures, and it will remain in this mode throughout the warm months.
We inform all our guests about this change into cool mode, via text message. For those who may feel warm during the day, we are happy to provide fans or additional equipment upon request to ensure a comfortable stay.
I wish we could have inform you better, because i am sure we could have provided a better experience for you both!
