A perfect stay in Palma!

We stayed at the Protur Naisa Palma for 5 nights in July 2026. Check-in and out was easy, and the staff were very friendly and helpful throughout our stay. Breakfast was great with lots of choice available. We stayed in the deluxe suite and it was lovely - a huge comfortable bed, separate living area, walk in wardrobe, large shower, plus an outdoor terrace with a jacuzzi bath. We used the rooftop pool a few times which was great - sun beds (or Bali beds for a fee) and seating areas were available, we went in the mornings and there was always space. There is a bar up there too that opens at 12:30. The area was safe (police station next door!) and close to everything - Santa Catalina has some great bars and restaurants, or the old town and harbour area were an easy and short walk. Would definitely recommend this hotel and would definitely return in the future. Thanks for a wonderful stay!

Clean, Modern Hotel with Excellent Service and Thoughtful Birthday Touches

Very clean and modern hotel which seems to have been upgraded recently. The room facilities were excellent with USB ports, a fridge, ironing board, iron, hairdryer and shutter blinds, which made the stay very comfortable and convenient.
The only downside was the shower, as it took quite a while to regulate the temperature properly.
All of the staff were very friendly and welcoming throughout our stay. There was also a good variety of food at the breakfast buffet. My boyfriend went one morning and was very happy with the selection.
I took my boyfriend to Palma for his birthday and contacted the hotel beforehand to arrange something special. For a small fee, they decorated the room with rose petals and provided cava, cake and chocolate strawberries, which was such a lovely touch and definitely worth it.
Overall, the hotel and location were excellent and I would happily stay here again.

Little reason to fault this hotel . . The pool bar and number of loungers could perhaps be improved but it’s a great hotel :)

Great choice

This was a great option for our break to Palma. A perfect location a short walk from the main historical parts of the town, shops and restaurants. The roof terrace with a small pool and bar was a perfect place in the afternoons when we were hot and tired from exploring the town.
The receptionists were extremely helpful with information about places to visit.
It’s a modern hotel and the rooms are perfect and have a kettle and fridge.

Very nice hotel.

A very nice hotel with excellent service, a comfortable room with perfect bedding, and a quiet air conditioning system. The buffet breakfast is of very good quality with local dishes, both savory and sweet, and the price-to-quality ratio for breakfast is unbeatable, all in a cozy room. The hotel is very well located and very convenient with the A1 bus from the airport. Safe neighborhood close to restaurants. A very good stay.
