The hotel is absolutely lovely. The location is great as you are right on the main shopping area and lots of things to see. The staff have been very helpful and kind. The only downside was not enough drawers for unpacking but large wardrobe. We didn’t have breakfast as we were out with family but cafe looked great too! Would definitely stay here again. Fantastic air con and comfy beds 👍

Comfortable, Silent, and Well‑Located

A small but very nice hotel with a cozy atmosphere. We stayed only one night, and while our room was quite small, the bathroom was surprisingly large and comfortable. The hotel is extremely silent, which made for an excellent night’s sleep. It’s also very well located, close to the market and several bus stops. The only downsides are:
(1) After midnight, there’s no receptionist — keys are left in a safe box, and for the nightly rate, having a 24/7 reception would feel more appropriate;
(2) For what it is, the price per night is a bit on the expensive side. Overall, a pleasant stay with great sleep quality and a convenient location.

A very cute and charming hotel! We had a room with a terrace, which was really lovely and made the room feel extra cozy. We only stayed for one night.
Before arriving, I was a little concerned after reading reviews mentioning poor soundproofing. Luckily, we were given a room at the end of the hallway, which we were very happy with, and noise wasn’t a major issue during our stay. However, there is basically no sound insulation through the door facing the hallway, which is definitely a downside and something the hotel could improve.
I really liked the style and design of the room, although some details showed quite a bit of wear and tear. The shelf underneath our bathroom sink was almost falling off and should definitely be repaired. The toilet brush was also very dirty and really needs to be replaced(a small detail, but not very pleasant to find in a hotel bathroom).
Apart from that, the location is fantastic, with easy bus connections to the airport, and the staff were friendly and welcoming.
Overall, a charming little hotel with a lovely atmosphere and great location, but some maintenance and attention to detail would make the experience much better.

Ca n'Alexandre Palma

A beautiful, calm, tranquil haven right in the centre of Palma. As soon as you step in you feel relaxed and calm after the hectic tourist hordes in the city. It is situated close to the shopping and restaurants and within walking distance to the cathedral etc.
We were very well looked after by Soufiane and the team in the cafe and throughout our stay they were always very welcoming.
We would highly recommend this hotel for your stay in Palma.

Well-located hotel on the edge of the pedestrian zone.

A wonderfully located hotel on the edge of the pedestrian zone. The rooms are small but equipped with everything one needs. Clean and quiet. The reception staff is friendly and helpful. We would book again.
