Very much in need of improvement for a 4-star hotel.
As positive points, the attention from the staff and the very good location.

They spent the money on the whirlpool and ran out of money for everything else.
It's a hotel that's pretty well located, but it's not a 4-star or close to them.
The reception staff is friendly and diligent.
From there... poof, things get complicated.
Lack of maintenance everywhere, from reception (broken vending machines), lackluster floors, elevators that go super slow,...
Humid smell on the stairs and for two days, nauseating smell in the breakfast room.
The rooms: removable ceilings of different color shades ranging from several whites to several grays, cheap vinyl floors, poor quality, pladur walls with bad insulation, as they are listened to the rest of the hotel guests.
Bathrooms: they put a modern shower cabin that supposedly has hydromassage, but that hardly works properly. Tiles and floors of 7 €/square meter, should be the cheapest at the time the hotel was built.
Breakfast is to comment in a separate post: you have much of the Mercadona assortment at your disposal. The yogurt thread, the coconut thread, the chocolate "Aunt Mildred", the palms of the blister brand Hacendado, the Madendado milk loaves, even the supposedly fresh bread (it is from the previous day) is the big bar of the Mercadona cut by machine. Butter?, no, no joke: it is margarine and they put a block of it and there you serve yourself with a knife. Unheard of.
In short, I cannot recommend this hotel. I'm sorry.

The horrible breakfast
First, the only window in the room and the only window in the bathroom overlook the inner courtyard, so that you hear the neighbors perfectly. And, although the raucous noises of their sexual encounters even cheered me up, the sounds of their bathroom were frankly irritating.
The main disadvantage is breakfast. I have been to many countries and hundreds of hotels and I have never seen that in a 4* hotel breakfast is reduced to three types of cold cuts and one type of cheese. There weren't even any eggs. That's not even worthy of a 2*.

The room was clean, the bed comfortable and the location good.
