PRACTICAL

SUPER CENTRAL AND VERY WELL CONNECTED HOTEL, IDEAL FOR A SHORT STAY SINCE IT IS IN THE FULL HISTORICAL CENTER, WHICH IS FULL OF POINTS OF TOURIST INTEREST AND THE WELL-KNOWN OURENSE WINE ROUTE

We feel cheated.

What you see on the Internet, it's not reality
A CUTRE room, where the sale did not close, air and cold entered. And overlooked a courtyard of lights. Very dirty. And it smelled bad.In the WC had a shower tray that was henano, with a curtain that came all the water out, the tap of the sink is bride everywhere.
Honestly, it was as if there were First and Second rate customers, we were awarded a room, which looked like we were in a STORAGE ROOM with everything very old and shabby. HORRIFYING.
I do NOT recommend it.
And I would never come back. I've felt cheated.

Exterior noise cannot be controlled, but interior noise should be controlled by those in charge of the hotel.

Those facing the street will not be able to sleep because the noise from the street is unbearable and there is also a community area where there are clients who gather until late at night making social gatherings and making noise.

Bad experience.

I would never stay at this hotel again. One of the worst hotels I have been to in my entire life and one of the worst customer service I have ever seen. I was staying at the hotel the night of July 28 to 29 and another guest was screaming on the phone from 3:30 to 5:30 in the morning. I couldn't rest even though I had to drive 9 hours the next day and I had to call the guest's attention several times, which she ignored, until I ended up calling the police. Finally I had to leave the hotel at 5:30 in the morning because I couldn't take it anymore and although initially the owner promised to return the money and asked me for my account number, they never gave it back to me because, allegedly, no one else complained. A totally inconsiderate experience and treatment, which is why I do not recommend anyone staying here.

Careful when you pay!

This hotel said our credit card had been declined then charged us for many more nights that we stayed (1/30). Otherwise it was fine and convenient, nothing special. I couldn't recommend it considering the above.
