Comfortable little cabin, excellent customer service
We were driving from Madrid to Switzerland and needed a place to sleep for a few hours before driving through Andorra the next day. This place worked out well for us.
Heading north on highway C-14, this campground popped up on our map app. so we turned right and drove the 5 km or so on Hwy C-26 east to the tiny town of Ogern. We passed a couple roads before arriving at a small sign that said "Campament/Camping 300 m" and turned left, as indicated, then followed a narrow rough paved/dirt road up the hill to a small restaurant/registration area.
The place didn't look exceptionally welcoming at 9:45 pm when we arrived since it was mostly dark and looked a bit cluttered. In the daylight, it looked nicer.
An older gentleman who mostly spoke Spanish and a tad bit of English helped us. He was incredibly nice and seemed very concerned that we have a place to sleep despite the late hour. We were just looking for a tent spot with no electricity for two adults. He led us up a set of stairs to a small grassy area fenced in on 3 sides and said it was 18 euros for the night. We asked if he had anything cheaper since we were only going to sleep for a few hours and leave early. He then showed us to a little wooden cabin that he warned us wasn't really ready for guests yet, but he offered it to us for 20 euros. Though it was a bit more than the tent spot, we jumped on it. I've no doubt he gave us a bargain since it was so late.
The cabin was very basic, but was perfectly comfortable and had not only a small heater but electricity and a surprisingly comfortable bed. I slept really well! Despite that the entire complex was a bit like a very compact American KOA, it was very quiet with zero road noise. It was too early for camping season so the place was fairly empty. One oddity about the cabin was that it was a regular small wooden cabin with a door in the back that led to a small RV that was being renovated to serve as a second room. It seemed odd to us, but we got the impression the owners do the best they can with perhaps limited resources. Or maybe they just like the style. Either way, the cabins and facilities are very close together, which during busy summer months could leave little privacy.
The place has a small cafe on site where you can order coffee (but not to go) and limited items, a small pool which wasn't yet in service during our stay, a play area for kids, and full restrooms with warm showers that was very clean.
We woke up in the morning and were pleasantly surprised at the pretty fields surrounding the hillside campground. It didn't fit our American idea of "camping", but it was exactly what we needed for the night and for 20 euros, was a fair price.
Make sure to check their pricing chart on the website before planning a trip since the base price for an adult is 5.50 and things like kids, pets, electricity, RV camper, etc all increase the price. I also don't know the regular price of the cabin we rented, but I can't say enough about the customer service!

Pas d'emplacement pour tente.
Amis randonneurs en tente, attention. Ce soit-disant camping n'est pas fait pour vous. Aucun emplacement disponible fin août alors que tous les autres camping où j'ai séjourné étaient au moins à moitié vide. Moins surprenant à la vue des images aériennes ou presque tout est occupé par des mobilhome ou des chalets. C'est du moins l'expérience que j'ai eu, avec en prime un accueil hautain.

Camping Disappointment
It is a campsite with very vacant pitches and no shade, impossible to stay in. They only have a plot for a Camper or tent, the rest of the Camping are clients of many years, in general very neglected. Only good point is that the public toilets were clean. We will not repeat.

No he llegado a ir, una gestión al cliente patética, personas así no se deberían dedicar al trato al cliente.
Ni he ido ni iré jamás y por supuesto nadie de mi entorno, eso es lo que ganan, porque mi dinero se lo han llevado. Si esa es la forma de llevar un negocio, espero les dure poco.

Muy mala gestión!!
Hicimos una reserva, y nos equivocamos al escoger la tienda. Elegimos una muy pequeña, y al querer ir con los dos perros no teníamos espacio suficiente. Llamamos para comentarlo y en vez de ofrecer una solución, nos dicen que lo sienten mucho pero que el dinero ya no lo podemos recuperar y tampoco nos ofrecen elegir otras fechas mas adelante (incluso diciendo que nos da igual que sea en invierno).
Muchas gracias por cuidar al cliente de esta manera y ofrecer alguna solución, que no sea quedarse con el dinero.
