Relaxation, sea, and wellness on the Costa da Morte.
My stay at the Parador Costa da Morte was a wonderful experience. It was a gift from my aunt, and honestly, she could not have been more right. We spent some incredible days in a spectacular setting.
The room was very comfortable, spacious, and cozy, perfect for resting and enjoying the tranquility of the place. Additionally, this parador has a special charm that sets it apart from others I have stayed at: the integration with the landscape, the architecture, and the views create a unique atmosphere.
The beach is practically next door, and the walk to it is a true delight. Being able to enjoy the sea and nature so close to the hotel makes the experience even more special.
The spa deserves a special mention. Honestly, it has nothing to envy from prestigious spas like the Mondariz Spa. Both the facilities and the treatments are excellent. We liked it so much that during our stay we went twice, and on both occasions, we left delighted. It is a space meticulously cared for, perfect for relaxing and disconnecting.
In short, an unforgettable experience that I recommend without hesitation. A place I would love to return to for its location, tranquility, the comfort of its facilities, and of course, for its fantastic spa. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Wonderful.
This was my second time at this Parador, and I found it even better than the last time. For my niece and my friend, it was their first time, and they were enchanted. There are hundreds of photos and reviews, but until you arrive and enjoy this unique place, you cannot grasp the idea. The rooms are spacious, comfortable, very well-kept, and all of them have a terrace with views of the beach. We enjoyed the spa on two occasions, both the water area and the massages. The water area is beautiful, not very large, but with very powerful jets that are comparable to a spa. Moreover, it is very well-maintained and has perfect schedule control, which prevents mass entry of people and allows for real enjoyment. The massages were very good and professional. The other time I stayed, I did not try the spa, thinking it would be the typical tiny spa with weak water pressure, and I was really mistaken. I recommend the experience,
because it was very worthwhile. The restaurant has improved in every way. Now, with its warm lights and eclectic decor that creates different atmospheres, it has become very cozy. The food is delicious. With the days we had left, we had time to try practically the entire menu. Breakfast is still served in the same place and is like any breakfast at Paradores, delicious, but practically no different from the others. The views during breakfast were also excellent; on one side, you can see the pine forest, and on the other side, the bay.
The entire area is worth it, no matter where you go. Recently, in the village that is about a 3-minute drive away, they opened the Cathedral of the Sanctuary of Barca, and this time we were able to see its interior for the first time. The exterior, well-known, is beautiful, and all the little villages you visit, lighthouses, viewpoints, the Ezáro waterfall, etc., are enchanting. The beach of Lourido, located below the Parador, is idyllic, clean, and quiet, just like the other beaches we visited. I recommend this Parador for its services and everything the place offers. Honestly, the car is useful for exploring the area, which is wonderful, but during one dinner, we discussed the topic, and the three of us agreed that we could have perfectly stayed all four nights just relaxing and not leaving the place. Many thanks also to all the staff for their advice, especially at reception, the spa, and the restaurant.

The design of the hotel was clean and moderne. Unfortunately the lighting controls were difficult to understand. The staff was competent but not friendly.

A luxury
A luxury to stay here, and an experience to be able to appreciate the good work: architecturally impressive integration with the surroundings, the minimalist and practical decoration, the views......And the staff's attention, the Spa.....and access to a wonderful beach.

It is worth the detour
Privileged location with impressive panoramic views. Spacious and well-equipped rooms. Efficient staff with a professional attitude and good treatment. Mind you, being diabetic, it's the same as in the entire Paradores network; there is no "sweet" option for those of us who cannot have sugar. The combination of everything else minimizes the latter.
