I received a great emotional impact. I want to express this negatively
The accommodation is not at all like what is shown in the video. What is seen in the video corresponds to when the rooms were newly renovated. The bar staff in the courtyard is friendly, and there is parking available, but the overall condition of the accommodation is far from good.
The kitchen is dirty; the cutlery, plates, and glasses are all mismatched, as if they had been picked up from the trash. The terraces on the second and third floors have dirty or very worn tables and chairs.
Neither at night, after 9:00 PM, nor in the morning at 9:00 AM was there toilet paper in the bathroom. The tables and furniture in the kitchen are in such bad condition that it is disgusting to touch them. They seem to be 30 years old. I was in shock when I saw it, and even more so my teenage daughter, for whom this was her first experience of this kind. I have seen many similar places and had never encountered such a bad condition, even in much cheaper accommodations.
There is a bar in the courtyard; the girl who served was pleasant, and the area is nice, green, and quiet, but everything else is just as I described above. I feel sad writing such a comment. I always treat these places with respect and understanding, but I am truly very disappointed and would not want anyone else to have an experience like this. The value for money is completely incompatible.

Disappointing despite the location
Disappointing stay despite good location
I rented a room for 5 nights close to the beach. Unfortunately, there was a strong smell of urine upon arrival, which made the experience unpleasant. Also, their website mentions a pool, but there was no pool available at all.
The room and overall conditions did not match what was advertised. Very disappointing, especially considering the location has potential.

Hostel in which we had booked 10 nights to visit the area.
On arrival, our room was not available because had been rented, we were settled in another tiny room without offering us anything else. We had to insist on having the room we had rented, once vacated of course, which was much larger and suitable for our stay.
Cleaning failing in the rooms, the 2 we had were dirty, the bathrooms also (mold, dust, sticky tables etc).
Cleaning is not done during your stay, and you must yourself empty the air conditioning canister that fills with water as you go and your garbage cans.... Mould and mushrooms are present under the air conditioning, the parquet is even holed.
Hostel very noisy especially at night.
Common areas (kitchen), very practical.
No parking, contrary to what was noted on the rental ad, possibility to park on the street for free.
Insecure to go to Murcia on foot: busy road without pavement, without lighting, quite risky.

The only good thing the location
It has nothing to do with the photographs, it is squeaky, I leave, it has no pool, etc, they should take more care of the details, the air of the room worked by chance, the filters very dirty, the bathroom spacious and clean, it was fine, the rooms have no television, it is a very expensive hostel

Very Chill Hostel
The hostel is a fair distance away from the train station and the city centre. When we arrived we were greeted in by the receptionist who was lovely. She gave us all the information we needed and showed us to our room. The room could have been cleaner as the mattress was dirty but it was alright. There was no lockers for the room so we had to keep all of our bags lying out which was a bit inconvenient. The toilet/shower was big and clean. The kitchen was good as it had a hob, a microwave and a kettle. The hostel had great vibes and everyone seemed very chill. There was a bar and seating area outside the rooms which was nice. The location wasn’t great as it was a 25 minute walk to the city centre but it wasn’t too bad. Overall, I would recommend this hostel as the staff are lovely and it is well equipped!
