Road trip

Hi there this is not a holiday destination. More business or road trip. What a pleasure to have stayed there .the staff are pleasnt and helpful. The restaurant is very good lots of choice and the breakfast was spot on

Perfect stop en route to destination.
Convenient location and everything I needed on hand.
Only complaint and this isn’t against the hotel itself but a house/farm close by had a dog barking non stop evening and early morning, enough to wake us with windows closed.
Restaurant downstairs was great for an evening meal, on hand petrol station made filling up in the morning very handy!!

Too expensive for what it is.

Nice hotel, but way too expensive for what it is. The lady at Welcoming was very kind and welcomed us very well. The room spacious and clean, mattresses deserve this said to be changed, as too much digging by wear. the tiny TV, but in the end it is no more disturbing. As far as breakfast was concerned, it was far too little, the cups for coffee and chocolate were far too small, there was not enough juice for everyone because it is not restocked regularly. there was toaster bread, and baguettes, but only white bread, too bad they did not think to offer wholemeal bread for example. In fact if the price had not been excessive I would have found it correct anyway, but in total for one night we pay 109€( + 20 for the cat), in short 109€ is too much really, because the hotel is good but quite old.

Good hotel, friendly staff, clean room, every day change the towels, but may be on 3 days the linens. Has a good breakfast, but is very poor and not tasty, missed vegetables and eggs, boiled and omlet.

Emergency phone number needed!

A fairly priced hotel on the outskirts of Miranda de Ebro. The main issue is that the reception is not 24 hours. We arrived back at the hotel at 00:30 on our second night to find that our key cards no longer worked, as there was nobody on the desk we had to sleep on the floor of our friends room. A helpful staff member the next morning advised the attached petrol station can provide key card resets however nobody at the petrol station answered any of our 3 attempts to ring the service bell. This hotel really needs an emergency phone number for situations such as this.
Rooms - Spacious and clean with all the basic requirements.
Car Park - Limited availability but managed to secure a space.
Price - Very reasonable.
Bar/Restaurant - Serviceable food, ridiculously cheap beers, can not complain about that
