A luxury gem!
What a unique luxury experience. The place itself is an experience. That added with well-thought services and friendly host, makes your stay memorable and relaxing.

A disgrace
I contacted this hotel about my booking as my mother had been taken seriously ill, and I could no longer make the trip. I had to contact via booking.com, email directly and via WhatsApp before I could get a reply.
The hotel requested I cancel my room so it could be relisted, and once resold they would offer a refund.
It resold in less than 24 hours (I know this as it was the last room available, and I have screenshots of the page at various times), for 20EUR less than I paid.
The hotel messaged to confirm it resold, they were 'crunching some numbers' and were issuing me with a refund.
This was 5 weeks ago. I have contacted the hotel twice since and have had no response and no refund.
As this amounts to breach of contract, I am now having to request a chargeback through my bank which, given how poorly my mum has been and still is, is additional stress and admin I do not need.
The owners of this hotel are a disgrace to hospitality. Profiting from someone's misfortune takes a real lack of moral code.
I would urge anybody reading this not to book with them.

We regret you had family problems that prevented you to travel. When booking a non refundable rate it is important to understand the terms and conditions involved. We do advise people booking non refundable rates to purchase travel insurance. The terms of your booking was non refundable so you are not entitled to receive any money back, I am sorry you were under the impression that it was not the case.

Hostile and weird environment
I stayed here for one night, and while the bed itself was comfortable, that is honestly the only positive thing I can say about this place.
The overall experience was extremely disappointing, especially considering the price. The guest manager, Jonathan, was extraordinarily hostile and unfriendly from the beginning, which immediately created an uncomfortable atmosphere. Hospitality seems to be completely absent here.
To make matters worse, from around 10 PM until nearly midnight, someone in the property — either Jonathan or another resident — was doing some kind of loud bricolage or construction work directly underneath my room. Because the rooms have essentially no sound insulation whatsoever, every noise echoed through the space and made it impossible to properly relax or sleep.
For the price being charged, I expected a peaceful and welcoming stay, not a noisy and uncomfortable experience with rude management. Completely overpriced for what it is.

It is our responsibility to our staff, our guests and our business associates to meet certain standards and to ensure no one guest feels uncomfortable by anyone's behavior, collect all fees due, such as pet fees - wether the presence of a pet was announced or not - and to keep employee areas only for the sole use of employees .
One would regret that enforcing these would come across as unfriendly to an offending guest but, Understandably, we just cannot allow people to behave in
an unacceptable manner.

CAREFUL WITH THIS ACCOMMODATION
Beware of booking on this site. Dire experience. I value experience at one point because I can't put less. I did not have the pleasure of knowing the facilities but those who are in charge of the management of the accommodation. After making a reservation, and because of an unexpected event that arose, I was forced to cancel - for free - my reservation within the time allowed in the Booking app. Well, it can be seen that the term “free” does not like in the accommodation, since despite calling them to check the status of the refund, since they had charged me the full reservation and had not yet refunded the amount, I was attended by a very courteous and friendly gentleman apologizing for the situation and that they would immediately proceed to the refund. Summary: they only answered that first call, I guess they would keep me among their contacts under the name “Do not fuck”, and they never answered the message I sent them through the booking app. It had to be Booking who after almost a month (from October 23 to November 19) has returned the money after verifying that the accommodation has not answered me, had not returned the money and that they did not attend the emails and messages that Booking sent them. Personally I have been lucky to have booked through that platform, which is the one that has finally responded...because if I depend on the accommodation... they keep my money. They will surely reply to this message saying that the refund has already been made and such... but not for them, and they will also not be able to deny that they have not replied to my messages through the platform or my calls (except the first of all). I insist, I do not recommend the accommodation at all and if you book, consider the possibility of not recovering your money in case of “free” cancellation.

Nos apena que no hayas tenido la oportunidad de realmente hospedarte con nosotros y que Booking.com haya tardado tanto en emitir tu reembolso. Cuando el agente responsable de la reserva es un tercero, y este nos factura por el monto de un reembolso, nosotros emitimos el pago de este reembolso al agente por medio del cual se hizo la reserva, en tu caso Booking.com y ellos a ti. Nos apena la lentitud del proceso y esperamos a futuro tener la oportunidad de alojarte.

Fabulous B&B
Fabulous small B&B near everything. Such a warm welcome by Jonathan who takes his time to explain things and how the place is run. Lovely designer furnishings in an Andalusian style home with a lovely pool area and plenty of sunbeds. Room was very comfortable great sleep on a nice bed with soft linens. Breakfast was delicious and healthy with a surprise everyday served promptly.
Very peaceful yet close to all the action and roads. Nice break for weekend.
