We will definitely be returning.
I have just returned after a 4 night stay here, all Inclusive and my friend , our 2 children and I had a wonderful time.
We was unsure due to the reviews this hotel has got but we are so glad we decided to take the risk and go and see for ourselves. The children had the best time in the pool and the beach is just across the street.
Lovely local shops, friendly people/ staff we will definitely be returning.
Yes, you can hear the trains every now and then but it wasn’t a nuisance.
There was enough of a selection for food throughout the day. The coffee machine was always on when I went to get one which included a good selection.
There was something different everyday and many dishes which I feel would suit everyone.
The staff work incredibly hard.
The entertainment was quite limited but this didn’t affect us having children with us, they enjoyed the music in the evenings. The aqua aerobics was great fun during the day. The music at the poolside was great.
Adults get tokens at the beginning of your stay which you exchange for your cups for your all inclusive drinks- each time you leave the hotel , you can change your cups back for your tokens. If you loose your cups/ tokens there is a €2 charge for each token / cup misplaced.
Overall , for the money we paid our whole experience was great.
The air con in the room was lovely, it was clean and tidy & we got fresh towels everyday.
We will definitely be returning.

Magda is a shining star!
Magdalena and n reception was probably the highlight. So very helpful and persistent in helping us when we checked in, whilst other staff didn’t appear too bothered. The food was great (for a 3 star) if you enjoy a healthy good selection, then I couldn’t fault it. The hotel is very clean, most of the staff are friendly, always one or two not so. If you want a quick getaway with friends, then it’s brilliant value.

Not really a 3 star
Hotel is in a great position and the staff are good . However, I would not class this as a 3 star. No tea/coffee facilities, no wardrobe just a small rail. So we had to live out of suitcases. We paid an extra €48 for a sea view ,but as the balcony was covered in bird poo and not clean we couldn't take advantage of it. Cleanliness was not brilliant overall. The food was very basic ,luke warm, ( we did had to use the microwave each time) bazaar food choices , at times , pig trotters for lunch !!!!

Horror, unpleasant servers
The staff is unpleasant, especially for the restaurant service, not a smile from the servers, they look like prison guards. They spend their time rushing the customers. The all-inclusive is really useless, just a few small drinks. The food is really very, very bad. Avoid at all costs. I really do not recommend it.

We came for a quiet vacation and we found a lot of children's excursions occupying the entire pool without even being able to get in, every day in the room next door an alarm sounded for 20/30 minutes and until they hit it they didn't turn it off and that's if they turned it off. Every day with music on the speaker at a horrible volume and our last night another alarm woke us up at 3:00 am and also the music they had on at 4:30/5 in the morning so we had to go down to say it at reception, a very nice guy named Ismael attended to us who solved our problem and thanks to him we were able to sleep the rest of the night.
