The worst part of all is the food, reheated and always the same, it is worth nothing.
The pools are the best thing they have.

Terrible, avoid this place!!!
We were given a tiny, depressing room with falling apart furniture for a family of four that reeked of urine, the bedding was awful, and I had to clean the bathroom myself because it was dirty!!!
Our terrace had two old deck chairs and a view of a concrete wall. My daughter cried and wanted to go home.
The cutlery and plates weren't clean. It literally made me sick.
The food was poor and almost the same every day. Guests left the dining room in a complete mess, with food all over the table and floor...
We tried to walk along the beach, but the small pebbles made it difficult, and our feet easily sank into the sand, making walking difficult.
We walked around a lot to make the time go by faster and to avoid being stuck in the hotel.
This wasn't how I imagined our long-awaited vacation would be. We were thrilled when we came back home

smells like cannabis, it's a nightmare. Put us in a room just above the entrance where all the Beaumond smokes at the entrance. But that's okay... Terrible noise in the hallway, at 1:00 a.m., from the proverbial neighbors... No isolation, you can hear everything in the room... The only restaurant that has this all-inclusive has such a buzz it makes your head split. Queues at the restaurant entrance, people are not allowed inside because there are too many people inside... Drink machines don't work, queues are everywhere for this miserable food, the choice of which is limited but the food itself is quite delicious. Salads are dismantled, and salads are scarce, they're all dismantled, and you have to wait a long time to serve more. A huge number of children with counselors, probably from some camp, brought to the children's pool... 40 kids, probably, and it's in the middle of the season! I was shocked, others were equally shocked, this pool with slides, for the youngest was crowded with local children.. There is no green space in the hotel, everything is in the tiles and within the city limits. Some tokens make you swap for glasses and back-collided for the first time... Mojito stopped pouring for the third day of our stay, it's been 5 days, and it's all gone...The beach is not for babies at all, after a meter deep care in the water... It's all in Spanish on TV, which nobody understands. Well, at least one children's channel in English-- but no... There are no sunbeds on the beach, and no awnings either - spin as you please... Either pay 30 euros for sunbeds and an umbrella or go to the beach after 5 p.m. so you don't burn... All I can say for good is that the water in the sea is clear and clean. Anyway, once and done...

Not great
The bar wasn’t all that. There wasn’t many options and despite paying for all inclusive I was told we had to pay for pizza which is insane because what’s the whole point of an all inclusive especially when there’s not many options at the bar so we basically only just had drinks and chips everyday which was quite sickening by day 4/5. Yes there was hamburger and onion rings too but picky children also like margarita pizzas. Either don’t have it on the menu or give it to the people who paid for the all inclusive package. This takes me to my next issue because I thought all inclusive meant all inclusive. We had no water in our room let alone tea and coffee station. There was nothing and we were told we had to pay for water which was insane !!
Oh don’t forget to bring your toothpastes too because that’s not given either. So basically you don’t get your moneys worth in my opinion.
Staff were generally friendly though. But that just isn’t enough when you don’t get your moneys worth. By day 4 I just couldn’t wait to go home which is bizarre. I’ve been to other hotels where these little things just add up and make a difference. When you’re with children it’s the little things that make a huge difference.
For me the cleanliness was the biggest issue ever. Especially in the restaurant. I read reviews beforehand and called the hotel to see and get more information but they told me it was mainly the English people complaining out of season so I trusted that and I came in season and was taken aback by how true all the reviews were online about cleanliness and now kicking myself for not believing them.
