stayed for almost 2 weeks and it was awesome I rented scooter so city was close and go to the mountains.

Horrible place
Misleading information about the room. I was sure I was booking something else, and not the cartoon box with the ugly bunk bed in the middle of it.
At first, the room had a bunk bed, it's not a "double bed plus single bed".
Second, this is ridiculous to put in description that EC is available and later inform that they will charge additionally for it, especially in that kind of weather (+36). So, simply it didn't work because I didn't want to pay additionally for it (50 cents per hour), and I had a terrible sleep there.
Moreover: dirty, no toilet paper, poor quality of WiFi, very difficult check in instructions, suspicious neighbourhood, ants in the apartment.
I would rather not stay here again even for a short time.

Avoid at all cost!!!
Avoid this place at all costs if you value basic respect and peace of mind while traveling. The owner’s behavior was so aggressive and inappropriate that it completely ruined what should have been a simple stay.
We were clearly told that checkout was at 11:00. We checked out of our room on time and stayed briefly in the common area while waiting for our flight. At no point were we informed that guests are forbidden from using the common area after checkout. I even repeated calmly to the owner, “We did not know we could not stay in the common area.”
Instead of responding like a normal adult, the owner stormed in yelling, extremely rude and visibly angry. He shouted that we were “not his guests anymore,” that we had to leave immediately, and spoke to us in a humiliating and hostile way. We said that was fine and that we could leave right away, but pointed out that there was no need to speak so aggressively. That only made things worse.
He started yelling again, pointing his finger at us, repeating “this is my house” and claiming it was our responsibility to ask for permission. That is absurd. If there are rules, it is the owner’s responsibility to clearly communicate them, not explode at guests for unknowingly breaking them. Nothing about this interaction was polite, professional, or acceptable.
As for the accommodation itself, it is not worth the price. The place is cold in winter, heating is limited, and everything feels old. The bed was the only positive.
Overall, this stay was stressful and unnecessary. The owner’s aggressive and unprofessional behavior alone is reason enough to avoid this place completely.

Owner's lack of trust and poor education are staggering
I ended up canceling the Reservation (even losing part of it) because the information offered by the Owner when booking this property is misleading to say the least and there is no clarity on the part of the Owner about the actual conditions of the site. It does not match the documentation that is sent once the Reservation is made with what was explained before and the Owner does not finish answering clearly to specific questions about the site giving a total distrust.
The Owner’s lack of respect, pride and contempt when you interact with him is surprising. I've never been treated so badly and made to feel so contemptuous by someone who offers you a service.
I remember very negative and surprise that big platforms can endorse among their offers accommodations like this. Makes me hesitate to use them as a place to book

Good location
Location is good . 20 min walk to main attractions in downtown, 20 min walk long distance bus station.
Room is small, but very clean, beds are comfy . Toilets are on the hallway always only for 2 rooms , so it will not get crowded. Have been clean . Kitchen is well equipped. In refrigerator each room has it shelf . Everything is well organized . Common area with small balcony is cozy .
