Stay away at all costs!!
Absolutely awful experience – avoid at all costs.
The so-called “suite” was in deplorable condition. The soap dispenser was empty, the toilet paper holder broken, the shower ceiling was peeling, tiles were cracked, and the pillow cover was stained. The towels were tiny, rough, and felt like sandpaper.
I had booked two nights but left after the first (would have left the same night if I hadn’t checked in late). I raised all of these issues with staff and even showed them photos. Their solution? To send someone into my room while I was away on a day trip—something I did not feel comfortable with.
When I reasonably suggested a partial refund, I was told no, because there was “no way of knowing” if these issues existed before I checked in. In other words, they implied I could have caused all of this!
This level of service and disregard for guests is completely unacceptable. I would never stay here again and strongly warn others to avoid this property.

Dingy hotel – not to be missed
First unpleasant surprise: the room was not ready at the agreed time. We had to wait an entire hour before we could access it.
Secondly, soundproofing is catastrophic. For nearly two hours, we experienced extremely disturbing DIY noises, making rest impossible.
Finally, the room was very dirty on arrival: presence of animals and hair, which is totally unacceptable for a hotel.
In short, flee this establishment. Hygiene, comfort and respect for customers are clearly not there.

Bad experience
This room has a window that overlooks a small patio, so no light or air enters.
There's nowhere to put a suitcase, big or small. The bathroom is tiny. Access is by code (both at the entrance and in the room), if the wifi does not work or you do not have a phone, you already have problems. They clean the room every 3 DAYS. The only positive thing, is the location, which is what you pay for, because services 0.
In the fine print, you are even advised that if you do not leave by 11:00, you may be charged 200 euros.

Catastrophic
This is by far the worst accommodation I’ve had on a trip. The room is barely 6m2, with no living space, no comfort, or even a real service worthy of the name. The price is totally unjustified: 88€ a night for an unhealthy cupboard is theft.
No support from the host, no solution proposed, and zero commercial gestures despite my requests. Booking gave me a credit (thank you), but the experience is still unacceptable.
I love Madrid, I come here every year, but this accommodation is a must, especially if you are travelling with your family or looking for a minimum of comfort.
I share this view to avoid other travellers experiencing the same misadventure. This is not what you would expect from a stay at 88€/night.

Terrible hotel
Dirty hotel, room smells terribly of smoke. After 1 am it was still very noisy, so we barely slept at all. Dirty sheets with blood and a footstep on them, and a leak in the shower. The staff promises us a lot, but in the end they do not come up with a solution, even though there was a medical need for it due to asthma due to the smoke-smelling and poorly ventilated hotel room. Our room has already been canceled by them while they have not come up with a solution or compensation In the end we booked a new hotel at our own expense. To date, we have not received any compensation from that bad hotel. We strongly recommend this stay to everyone!!!
