Luxury and spacious apartment hotel. Clean properties and close to shopping and dining area. Even though there is no reception desk, Staff is very responsive by email. Digital key is easy to use and convenient. Overall we are very happy with our stay.

The big issue here was the check-in online. When we booked two different stays, I had two emails from them with links about a mandatory check-in online with passport info 3-7 days before the visit. One problem with that requirement was that we were staying there the first and last day of a ten-day trip. So a week before the vacation, I tried to do the online check-in, but both emails had broken links. So I sent emails, and tried to call. No one answered the phone (after a Spanish recording it rang for 10 minutes- at international calling rates). Eventually an answer came with one link for the online check-in for the first night. So I spent an hour trying to get their terrible app to work. It wouldn't scan passports, links had to be sent to a relative in another state because the photo I had of her passport wasn't accepted, but eventually the first check-in was done. But there was no link for our second visit. In the end, it took me 6 hours of emailing back and forth and fighting with the app to check-in. At one point, I had emails from a different person at the hotel, who denied repeatedly that I had a reservation at all. It turned out that, in struggling to get the app to scan our passports, my husband's passport had been scanned successfully first, so the hotel had switched our entire booking into his name without telling me. But after 6 hours of effort, I thought it was done. Ha! Nope! In the middle of our trip, they made us do it all over again! Yuck.

The room is very spacious. Please refer to it as an apartment, not a hotel. There is no reception, and you cannot leave your luggage before or after your stay, which can be a major inconvenience if you're traveling internationally with bags and your check-in or check-out times don't align with your travel schedule.

The location was the best part, very central The rooms were small and we had the most difficult time getting in touch with the host. I called multiple times with no answer and ended up calling hotels.com to relay the message. There was air conditioning which functioned well during the heatwave that we had. Probably will not stay there again though.
