Solar eclipse visit
If you are looking for a well-located hotel, this is an excellent choice—close to many landmarks and viewpoints. The service was superb. The rooms were of a high standard—clean, well-maintained, and air-conditioned. Breakfast felt just like home. The waitstaff were very helpful; Miguelitto, in particular, left a lasting impression—a truly positive person! The Wi-Fi left a little to be desired; the connection dropped occasionally, though I imagine that’s something that can be sorted out. We rate our stay highly, as well as the sightseeing and the trip to Guadalajara for the total solar eclipse. We wish you good weather (with less extreme heat and drought), plenty of guests, and a good vibes!

Great hotel! Awesome breakfast
Great hotel! Room was perfect, very clean. Service excellent and location ideal. The best amenity is the breakfast buffet! Excellent!

1-night stay in Madrid
Excellent service from the staff Victoria and Marcos, the breakfast was excellent. We did a late check-out for a fee, we used the luggage storage, very good location and everything was excellent. The room was really big, bathroom and everything else great, I would add a capsule coffee machine.

Fantastic hotel in a fantastic Madrid neighbourhood
I can't say enough about the petite Palace Santa Barbara Hotel. It greatly enhanced our entire Madrid experience. From the very helpful and expeditious team at the front desk to the very comfortable and clean modern room for our family to the top notch buffet breakfast. It actually seemed like they went out of their way to provide that incredible breakfast buffet. I can definitely say that as long as this hotel is in operation, it will be the only one I'll stay at when visiting Madrid.
