Great place on the outskirts of Madrid. 5 minutes from the Metro and 10 minutes on the Metro to the centre of Madrid. Very residential area.
Flat 12 was ideal with a large balcony to watch the local world go by at night.
150 pounds deposit which wasn't expected but not a hassle!
20 euros for a taxi to the airport. Well worth it. Thanks to the owners for letting us stay.

Everything was correct until after check-out.

Our stay at Dobo Homes San Diego was fine until after we checked out. The accommodation met expectations, and in fact, my initial intention was to leave a positive review, which I did.
However, days after leaving the property, we received a claim for the alleged breakage of a portable clothesline. The surprising thing is that we didn't even use that item during our stay, and we didn't even know where it was stored, as it was not visible and we had no need to use it.
What has disappointed me the most is not the €37.51 claimed, but the feeling of being held responsible for a damage whose existence and prior condition we were completely unaware of. As a regular guest of tourist accommodations, I have never had the habit of thoroughly inspecting all the items in a home upon arrival, as I have always acted in good faith and left the accommodations in the same condition I found them.
I ultimately chose to pay the amount to avoid prolonging an unpleasant situation, but the experience has left a significant bad taste in my mouth. My recommendation for future guests is to carefully check the condition of all items in the home upon arrival and document any issues, no matter how small they may seem.
It's a shame because a stay that had been satisfactory ended up tarnished by a claim that I consider unfair.

The worse problem with this lodging is the fact that the electronic keys that provide access to the facility most often don not work causing g guests to be trapped outside or inside the facility. This caused me to miss my transportation to the airport which cost me another 70 euros, the staff would not allow me to stay another hour even though it was their fault that I could not access the exit on time. The lack of consideration was noteworthy although the facility itself is excellent, clean and adequately furnished.

The location of property was in a dodgy neighbourhood.
There was no parking nearby as all the available lots for 3 blocks was filled with cars
