Le O7 Alea se trouve à S’Arenal, à côté de la forêt de Son Veri et à 600 mètres de la plage. L’établissement possède une piscine extérieure et propose des chambres dotées d’une télévision par satellite. Sa réception est ouverte 24h/24. Décorées simplement dans un style moderne, les chambres sont climatisées et disposent de parquet. Tous les logements comprennent une salle de bains privative et un coffre-fort. L’hôtel sert un petit-déjeuner buffet tous les matins. Le restaurant buffet propose une cuisine internationale avec quelques plats typiques de Majorque. Le centre de Palma de Majorque est à environ 15 minutes de route. L’aéroport est accessible en seulement 10 minutes en voiture.

Quality and price are wonderful

My girlfriend and I went, and we both loved the hotel... we came from Alicante, and honestly, the value for money is unbeatable!!!! We had a problem with the reservation upon arrival, but a guy, Sebastián the assistant manager, helped us right away and recommended several places on the island that we visited, he was great!!

I stayed at the hotel for a few days during my time on the island.
I had the pleasure of meeting Pamela, the receptionist, who was incredibly kind, detail-oriented, and helpful! She provided us with all the necessary information for a perfect stay and for exploring the island!

Fantastic break

Came here with my 13 yr old son(who has additional needs). The hotel is situated 10 min walk from the beach and there are shops including the Spar within 2min walk. There is also a bar/restaurant at the end of the street and further along there are other pizza restaurants, local food. Pharmacy and tobacconist.
Aqualand is 10min walk also but there is a free bus. Taxi is around 5 Euro.
Staff at the Hotel are brilliant, very friendly. Reception is 24hours and they will call you a taxi if needed to go places.
We stayed in a twin room with balcony overlooking the pool and a small forest area. Rooms are sparkling clean, shower over bath, double mirror wardrobe, desk for working(if you want), tv, safe is 3 Euro per day and 5 Euro deposit.
Fully air conditioned which is a saviour.
ONLY DOWNFALL....there is no fridge or kettle.
Breakfast is 10/10, so much choice, the bakery section is amazing. Chefs come out every 15mins to check the food and replace what's needed.
The pool is open from 11am to 7pm and is cleaned every morning. Pool area is immaculate, plenty of sunloungers and tables/chairs.
Football table and pool table also. Popcorn machine too.
Food and drinks at pool bar also very good and reasonably priced, food stops at 3pm. The hotel doesn't cater for dinner but there are plenty of eateries within walking distance and lots of choice.
Check in/out smoothly, no fuss.
Towels, handsoap and shower wash provided.
Lovely touch in reception with freshly cool lemon water provided. Reading nook with books also.
Overall a fantastic holiday, perfect for a quiet break by the pool or if you want to explore further.
The addition of a fridge and kettle would make this hotel perfect.

Basic

Our stay has not been too bad , however there are a few things to consider when coming here ! No fridge or kettle in room . Our room is in need of some tlc as is the pool area ! My biggest complaint would be the continuous noise of crockery , pots and pans bashing from the hotel next door !! It’s horrendous and once you think about it the noise seems to get worse !! The breakfast is not too bad but they definitely need to turn the hot plates up because every morning our hot food has been cold ! It’s a basic hotel if that’s what you’re looking for and just a short walk from the beach . The pool in the hotel doesn’t open until 11am which is a bit annoying when the suns shining and breakfast shuts at 10:15 so your kicking your heels waiting around in your room because the doors are locked to get out to the pool area . Let’s hope during they’re off peak season the place improves

Good compromise

Simple hotel, located in a quiet street, perfect for those looking for comfortable accommodation. Excellent location compared to the bus stop that connects the airport and the main coves of the island. The sea and the main street of S'Arenal can be reached with a walk of at least 10 minutes, which on the way back is mainly uphill.
Breakfast is good, although the sweet part could be improved: the croissants, in particular, were often undercooked.
Cleaning of the rooms and change of towels take place every day. The staff is friendly and always helpful.
A downside is the absence of the refrigerator in the room, which in the middle of summer becomes an inconvenience (probably only available for a fee).
