Loved it here.
Came Friday with my partner and leaving Monday morning. I've had an absolutely lovely time here, read a lot of bad reviews before we came which made a little nervous, but I couldn't fault anything in the hotel, staff wonderful especially Tamara who works in the restaurant she was so kind and always full of smiles, bar staff and reception staff absolutely lovely, food is what you should expect at a all inclusive hotel, they cater for everyone, drinks are very strong and good variety, rooms clean, I've had such a lovely time and will definitely be returning to this hotel, thanks for the great experience :)

The hotel location is perfect for the centre and to the beach, unfortunately that’s about it.
The ruins were extremely basic and a little worse for wear. The 4th floor balcony was rotting and sloping and the glass divider was severely cracked.
The bed was extremely uncomfortable and every morning was a bad back. The pillows were so lumpy and hard that any sleep was minimal. You have to pay for tv if you want it.
The wardrobes were rotting and the grout and tiling were falling off. Ants were then using this rotten building for their entrance,
The bathroom was very basic the shower needed holding.
The bedding wasn’t changed once while we were there nor were the towels, the towels had stains on presuming for makeup from other clients.
Did the job as a base to stay but wouldn’t return.

Don’t recommend .
Honestly do not recommend!!!
We thought cheap and cheerful holiday it was cheap but for a reason ! it shouldn't even be open ! The beds are flimsy and squeeky air con makes very loud buzzing noise all night , there is mold an Damp all over the hotel , the lighting in the room Is shocking the hotel staff are misrable , the food looked rank I couldn't bring myself to eat it and while we was there we went down to sit next to the pool and it was blocked off lots of ambulances and police guarding the hotel and all we got told was "something got mixed now it's toxic in the air" all round the back was all taped off aswell . Eveyone had to were Covid masks . walls are paper thin loud banging and shouting all night . Sounded as if furniture wad being moved and slamming doors , The walls dirty greasy hand marks on the wardrobe and walls , the corridors are so creepy and dirty looking, do not recommend what so ever !
Everything was dusty aswell just needed a good clean , hand rails were hanging off wall also
I am not fussy but you expect a hotel be at least be clean and well maintained people save up to have a good time not have the hotel ruin there holiday becuse they have to spend every minute out and dread to go back !!
Also you won’t get dropped of at the hotel you have to walk a five min walk with luggage ,
I’ll give props though the location is good, shops right across the street and strip 5 min walk. Hate to leave bad reviews but sorry it was not as expected

Avoid this hotel.
Booked for an all inclusive week away. The staff were rude and not helpful at all. The rooms are very dated and dark. Poor lighting in room. Bathroom was terrible and the shower curtain was held up with wire. The shower pointed up to ceiling instead of into the bath.
The food was disgusting and I’m sure they put the same food out if it was left the next day. Flys all over the food. Spent every day eating out.
The pool was tiny, no entertainment at night. Very noisy and people shouting till about 3 in the morning. Not very clean to say they have cleaners come in daily.
Good thing was we were only about 10 mins walk from the beach.
The food was disgusting and I’m sure they put the same food out if it was left the next day. Flys all over the food. Spent every day eating out.
The pool was tiny, no entertainment at night. Very noisy and people shouting till about 3 in the morning. Not very clean to say they have cleaners come in daily.

Shocking hotel, service and unsafe rooms,
I can not believe this place is allowed to trade, booked it for my two older sons and as soon as they got there greeted with rude staff, given the key for the room, well just look at the pics , mould, dirty bedding, exposed wires, toilet don’t flush , food choice shocking, patio doors don’t lock, air con doesn’t work, list goes on
When asked if could move was told it was full and had to stay there, I booked another hotel down the road, when asked for a refund they said no , even with the state of the place, I have reported to relevant authorities as this place should not be allowed to operate
