PERFECT

The exceptional stay, perfect rooms, the deal with Ana (the owner) perfect, all kindness.
As for the village of Liérganes, the setting and its old town and its Roman bridge a real beauty.
Nothing to reproach...

A luxury stay.

Without a doubt, one of the most privileged places in Cantabria. An Inn with spacious, clean, very well decorated rooms, with large bathrooms. The breakfast service was great, abundant and schist.
The owners, what can I say... kind, attentive, very good people. Always available to help you with everything.
We had a short stay, only two nights, but we will certainly return. We were treated in luxury by Ana and her husband.

Lovely stay, bicycle friendly & Anna is delightful!

Gracious, friendly and super clean. Anna made our stay easy. BICYCLE friendly. Centrally located & easy to walk to see sites & for dining. Wi-Fi was very good. Wish we stayed longer get to hike in the hills. Highly Recommend this Posada to visitors.

Two room late booking

We were without somewhere to stay the night, we were tired and stressed. We found this hotel on trip advisor. The owners were friendly, helpful and accommodating. It was like staying in someone's home, warm and welcoming. The place was spotless and the beds comfortable. The rooms were decorated in a typical Spanish style, with traditional laced (clean) curtains, and cast iron headboard. Sufficient soap, shower gel, a comb and towels provided. Nice bathroom with small shower.
Breakfast was nice toasted bread with butter and apricot jam, orange or pineapple juice. with a choice of tea, coffee or colacao ( Spanish hot chocolate) and a piece of local cake.
The Posada is located on the main road in the centre of the village within very close proximity of the railway station, several bars and very good restaurants.
I highly recommend this hotel and look forward to visiting it again. Next time I intend to try the very reasonably priced evening meal.

Excellent

Wonderful posada in the heart of Lierganes. Spotlessly clean. Basic breakfast and recommend their home cooked evening meals.
Very pleasant and helpful owners.
A pleasure to stay there and a chance to practice our Spanish. Highly recommended.
