Lack of tact with the customer

We arrived with a wheelchair. The shower tray was not a walk-in shower, there were no grab bars, nor was it adapted (according to the establishment it was), the terrace had no ramp, had a large step, and there was no nearby parking. But the worst part is when we arrived from visiting the town and saw that the woman who manages it was waiting for us behind the glass to question us if we had hit the baseboard that was peeling off and that her partner was checking it. She had not bothered to check it. Her partner tells her it is not important, that it would be a snag, and that it can be fixed with silicone. But the damage was already done. You question why the person who is helping you treats you badly and ruins the experience for you. We left there angry because of the treatment. If it is not for families or is not adapted, they should have warned us.

WITH VERY GOOD TASTE IN MY MOUTH...

It has been an extraordinary gastronomic experience, highlighting the quality of the products, and of course, the elaboration of them, delicious dishes, we want to send our sincerest congratulations to the cook. We will definitely return to the Restaurant "Candillejas".

Pleasant

We have spent four days in the hotel. From our arrival we were attended by Yolanda who is a wonderful , always watching that we had a good experience
The hotel is fine, especially the restaurant inside. Highly recommended to try it
The beds very comfortable and the room (superior) very well and faithful to the pictures. However the double did not fit the photos of the web at all, we were quite disappointed the truth
Breakfast is on a very nice terrace, we found it very limited for a 4 star hotel
