We had a NICE time

We arrived last Saturday and it was very busy, I felt ignored and overlooked at reception and at the bars so much so I was close to tears by the time we got to our room. Things did get better though, the food is a high point, we have not had a bad meal here, Infact I would rate the food and restaurant staff very highly!
The pool is lovely, it can be a battle to get a lounger! We were served drinks at the pool side by the staff walking around, they were very friendly with a special shout out to Abu.
I would say that the cleaning could be upped slightly, e.g. the tables in the reception lounge are cleared but not wiped so always dirty. The carpets in the hall ways have some suspicion marks!!
There is no evening entertainment, there is a pool dj for a couple of hours in the afternoon but nothing else so be prepared to leave the hotel if you want a bop.
Last thing is it’s noisy! Especially at night with all the party goers! I am not surprised but it does intrupt sleep, as did the 3.30am fire alarm going off! If you want a peaceful hotel this is not it.
I dont think we would return to this hotel, it was a nice stay but didn’t blow our socks off

Exceptional hotel

Beautiful hotel located in a peaceful area of San Antonio. Food is exceptional. Entertainment - DJ playing around the pool late afternoon (with occasional saxophonist) plus evening vocalists were fabulous! This is our second time at this hotel. Would thoroughly recommend.

EXCELENT

We had such an amazing experience at TRS Ibiza! Everything was wonderful from start to finish. The staff was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and attentive. A special thank you to Jose, the bellboy, who was absolutely great and made us feel so welcome. The drinks were delicious, the service was excellent, and the entire experience was amazing. We had the best time and would definitely come back!

Great inclusive hotel

Was recommended this hotel by some Friends and we have to say we were really impressed. Food and drink was great on the all-inclusive. Comfortable modern rooms Clean, friendly, with good pool vibes and the best roof top bar.

EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED

We specifically booked this stay for our honeymoon and paid extra for a room with panoramic views, only to be given a room overlooking an awful rooftop, which is incredibly disappointing given what we paid for and expected. There have also been no towels available at the pool, which is simply not acceptable for a hotel claiming to offer a five-star experience.
To make matters worse, when we contacted customer service to change our dates, we were initially quoted an unreasonable additional amount, which they later acknowledged was incorrect and apologised for.
We chose to return to this hotel for such a special occasion because of our positive experiences in the past, but unfortunately this stay has been the complete opposite. This is far from the five-star experience we expected, particularly for our honeymoon, and based on this experience, I would not book here again.
