Pleasant hotel in a beautiful location
Rooms were very clean and modern with a complimentary mini bar and comfy beds. Bathroom was adequate although the toilet seat was broken. I used the hand towel to clean my face on the first night and was told I had to use the makeup wipes that were provided otherwise incur a charge for a dirty towel. Thing is, I don’t want to use harsh make up wipes on my skin so I feel that face cloths should be provided.
Plenty of choice at breakfast (loved the nuts, seeds & granola). However, the English breakfast items just sat out at room temperature and were always cold.
Pool was ok, albeit tired-looking and not the cleanest. Hair and litter from the previous day could be found around the beds. Never struggled to get beds with a parasol though.
Tips:
Request a room on a high floor facing the sea. Because we were on floor one, we could hear chairs scraping, music playing and voices around 6am most mornings.
Taxis were readily available but a walk to the marina is only 20 minutes or so along the beautiful board walk. From there you can hop on a water boat (every 30 mins) to take you across to the old town.
There is a supermarket a 2 minute walk from the hotel.
Great Pizza restaurant for lunch, Italamanca, only a 7 minute walk from the hotel.
For the cost, Simbad was perfectly fine but would try elsewhere next time.

Great hotel
Room: modern and stylishly decorated
Breakfast: offers everything from freshly pressed juices, fresh variation of breads and bakery, to personalized omelettes and pancakes.
Location: at the Talamanca beach which offers many different restaurant options, many of them excellent. Close to Ibiza town. Close to the lovely village Jesus.
Pool: clean with pool service, however not so impressive otherwise. Part of the pool is for kids.
Staff: most of the staff are really amazing and friendly.

Excellent
I like it a lot currently, top breakfast and top view.
Only advice, they could explain a bit better where to park; the underground parking has spaces reserved for the condominium, I would have preferred to know that beforehand and not have to interrupt my dinner to go move my car.
I will return on 9/28 for my birthday, I would appreciate a free upgrade to a double sea view room.

Accogliere i nostri clienti abituali ci rende molto felici e siamo lieti di sapere che ha intenzione di tornare a settembre.
Il nostro protocollo di parcheggio prevede di informare gli ospiti su dove parcheggiare, poiché potremmo incorrere in problemi seri in caso contrario. Tuttavia, si tratta di molte informazioni da fornire contemporaneamente e alcuni dettagli potrebbero sfuggirci.
Ad ogni modo, non vediamo l'ora di darle nuovamente il benvenuto tra un paio di mesi!
