Excellent and central hotel
Guest the first week of August, very central location, 10 minutes on foot and you are in the center of both the port area and Dalt Vila, very beautiful for walking where all the restaurants, bars, and clubs are concentrated-- simple but cozy rooms, room cleaning with towel change on request even daily, minibar available but it doesn't cool much -- breakfast both sweet and savory -- sociable and helpful staff-- excellent choice as a starting point to visit Ibiza

Grazie mille per la sua recensione così dettagliata. Siamo felici che la posizione di Molins Park le sia risultata così comoda per raggiungere a piedi il porto e Dalt Vila, e che abbia apprezzato la colazione e la disponibilità del nostro staff. Prendiamo nota dell'osservazione sul minibar per verificarlo. Sarà un piacere accoglierla di nuovo nella sua prossima visita a Ibiza

Terrible experience: dirt, noise, and disappointing management
My husband and I stayed at this property and were deeply disappointed. What was supposed to be a pleasant vacation turned into a stay to forget.
Here are the critical points encountered:
* Non-existent cleanliness and hygiene: Upon our arrival, the room was dirty. The balcony was completely overrun by ants and the large window — which should have offered us a beautiful view of the old city — was so dirty that it was almost embarrassing.
* Lack of soundproofing: Very thin walls. During the night we heard every type of noise: people talking as if they were inside our room, shouting, and even the sound of heels walking on the floor above. Resting was impossible.
* Poor management of breakfast and false respectability: Having an early morning departure, on the last day we were unable to take advantage of the breakfast (included in the stay). The first day, however, we had paid for it separately. The receptionist, showing off a fake kindness, had assured us that she would evaluate whether to waive the cost of the first breakfast to compensate for the one not used on the day of departure, promising to let us know. The "surprise" arrived at check-out: nothing was left said and they made us pay €21, leading us to have paid a total for four breakfasts while only using two. It should also be said that it was a very poor breakfast, there was not much choice.
Behind an appearance of courtesy and respectability we encountered only disorganization, little attention to the guest, and zero respect for customers. Highly unrecommended, we will never return.

Ci dispiace che il vostro soggiorno non sia stato come vi aspettavate. Per quanto riguarda la pulizia, non abbiamo avuto notizia di alcun problema in camera durante il vostro soggiorno; ci è sempre di grande aiuto essere avvisati nel momento stesso, così da poter intervenire prima della partenza. Riguardo al rumore, ne prendiamo nota e sensibilizzeremo il personale del turno notturno affinché venga richiesto un silenzio rispettoso nei confronti degli altri ospiti. Sulla colazione, comprendiamo il malinteso riguardo al credito e ci scusiamo per il disagio causato; cerchiamo di offrire varietà, con opzioni fredde (affettati, yogurt, pomodoro) e calde (uova strapazzate, dolci, cereali, diversi tipi di latte, caffè di qualità), anche se ci dispiace non abbiano soddisfatto le vostre aspettative. Grazie per averci raccontato la vostra esperienza nel dettaglio, ci aiuta a migliorare.

Great view and excellent quality of service
Hola! It was first time arriving in Ibiza and I had the most wonderful experience here . The dedication of the team was above oh my expectations and I thank them for everything.

Great hotel!!!
This is a great hotel with a low price. It was my first trip alone with my friend and it went extremely well, especially with you. The pool was great, plus the burkini is accepted, it's amazing ❤️!!! We felt at home in the hotel and being a receptionist also, I felt the importance of our job, being welcomed by receptionists throughout the stay, whether at check-in, for information, at check-out and even before our stay, kindness is well present. The breakfast and breakfast team were great, as were the adorable maids!!! We will not hesitate to come back if we are passing through this side of Ibiza! 100% recommended with eyes closed! THANK YOU FOR EVERYTHING!!!!
