Hotel Los Robles, cleanliness very good, staff super friendly, the food for me, as I'm not very picky, was wonderful and well-seasoned, I will definitely return

Good service except for one waitress. High prices
It is the second year that we have spent our summer vacation at the hotel, in general everything is quite good and in order, but this year the food has left a lot to be desired, especially the bread, and the pool bar was staffed by a very unpleasant person, the drink prices are quite high, to give an example, at a beach bar on the same beach a beer was the same price as at the hotel, taking into account that you drink it on the beach and with the glass from the fridge nice and cold. Just to say that the hotel is very good and the staff as a whole is a 10, it's a shame that a bad apple spoils the good stew that their colleagues make. Thank you.

Good stay in Gandia
I stayed this weekend for two nights at the hotel. Hotel with an excellent location, the beach is two minutes away. They gave us the room right away, which is appreciated. We had half board and could choose whether we wanted lunch or dinner. The reception staff was very friendly, and the dining room manager was super nice, a lovely girl. The breakfast is great; there are a lot of options. We had lunch, and it was also very good; there were plenty of options and good quality. Consuming at the hotel café on the terrace is not expensive considering it is a hotel; for example, a third of Heineken is $2.50, a drink is $6.50... The room is spacious, the bathroom has a shower, and it has a nice terrace with a table and two chairs. The pool is not very large, but with the beach right there, we hardly used it. The hotel is very nice; more than a 3-star, it seems like a 4-star. We liked it a lot. The quality-price ratio is excellent. There is plenty of parking around the hotel, and it is free.

Recommended, but there is room for improvement.
The hotel facilities are very good in terms of common areas and spacious rooms.
The restaurant staff is very attentive and friendly. We had to ask several times for them to change the mini fridge in the room because it was not working; although the maintenance person said it was, the walls were warm and it did not keep things cold, quite the opposite. Once they changed it, everything was perfect. The coffee service leaves much to be desired; it is clear that the staff lacks experience and they move around like headless chickens... there were hardly any customers, yet it took 20 minutes for them to serve us coffee, and after that, the waiter came to ask if we wanted anything else. Another day we ordered a gin and tonic and a soda, and they brought the soda in a bottle, without a glass. I asked for a glass with ice for the soda, and after a long wait without receiving the glass, another different waiter came and asked us if we were being charged... and what about my glass??? This is during the low season; we will see how they manage when the bulk of customers arrives.
Overall, we were comfortable except for a few specific moments, but that is due to unqualified staff for working in a hotel of this category.

Very human
I had to cancel a reservation with only 24 hours' notice due to my mother-in-law's hospital admission, and not only did they not charge me cancellation fees, but they also sent someone to inquire about her condition. Worthy of mention. They have undoubtedly gained a customer.
