Could be awesome with some simple tweaks
Pros - Lovely, friendly, hard working staff. Hotel very clean. Never struggled to get sun beds no matter time of day, you might not get an umbrella/be poolside though. Good choice of food in restaurant. Salad bar and desserts great as well as mains. Breakfast was my favourite meal of the day. Hotel in an excellent location just a few minutes walk downhill to the marina, beach and little shops/cafes/restaurants. Swap box of lilos, pool noodles, etc. by the kids pool was a nice touch for the kids, so look there before you buy your own. Aquafit was fun and the evening entertainment was decent.
Cons - The drinks token system was a complete pain in the backside and genuinely enough to put me off returning to the hotel... it drove us mad! Having to remember to carry tokens or a selection of clean/dirty cups around all the time on your hols just isn’t relaxing. The photos of the hotel online are a bit of a catfish and the pools and rooms are much smaller than they appear online, however this is often the case. Availability of food/drinks could be improved - I feel pool snacks and evening meal both start too late. Also there are huge queues for the restaurant, I have never known it at any hotel I’ve ever stayed in. Both outside the restaurant to get in, and then a long snaking queue inside for the hot buffet at night. We ate out two nights out of five as couldn’t face the queues. Breakfast was fine as we went at 10am and missed the rush. We didn’t really go for lunch so can’t comment.
Lots of people mention neighbour noise, thin walls, etc. in their reviews but we didn’t find this any worse than in other hotels.
All in all, had a lush few days, with a few simple tweaks (get rid of the stupid cup system being the main one!!) this could be a brilliant budget hotel. Thanks to the lovely staff for making it a great stay.

Great family holiday
The food in the restaurant far exceeded my expectations after reading some of the reviews, the food was fresh, hot and great new options served everyday.
You pay a very small deposit for a drinks glass which you exchange at the end of the day for a token for the next day.
You always get given a clean glass with every drink.
The animation team are superb and did a great job for the children.
The evening entertainment were very good and varied, nothing h was too much trouble.
The rooms were cleaned to a high standard.
There’s a couple of reasons why I didn’t give 5 stars, firstly lots of people are wiring at 7:45 waiting to reserve sunbeds and then didn’t actually show up to use them until the afternoon.( no need there’s plenty)
The rooms aren’t very well sound insulated.
Also some people like a warm pool but with the heat we had last week a colder main pool would have been more appreciated and refreshing.
This leaves me with one more thing to say “La Bomba” ( you will get to find out, learn the moves and enjoy)

Superb
The doors to the swimming pool were locked until 8am so no very early morning sunbed reservations!
Food was delicious, fresh and varied.
We were leaving early morning before breakfast but were allowed to have breakfast before the restaurant opened.
About 3-4 minute walk to the beach passing some trinket shops and minimarkets. The beach was great with lifeguards on duty and was good for snorkeling. Could hire pedalows/kayaks. To rent a sunbed for the day was 10 euros and 10 euros for an unbrella.
The town was very buzzy in the evenings with nice restaurants, bars and shops.

Amazing hotel, fantastic team of staff
The food was great and with allergies in our party we were more than catered for, and had great guidance with checking ingredients.
The animation team at the hotel are absolutely fantastic, by far the best we have ever seen/had before. Brilliant entertainment all day everyday they dont ever stop!
Thank you to all the staff at Ereso for the best care free relaxing holiday! We will most certainly be back again
