A CHARM
We stayed here after having been to Warner Park.
The house is a charm with very nice corners, a very flirty patio and our room a wonder. When going 3 people the living room has a sofa that makes bed for our daughter. Everything was very clean and with many details. When it was hot the air conditioning came to us luxury
In the morning we had good breakfast and went to the spa, it is small but being alone is very quiet which is appreciated not having to be with people who do not understand what a spa is.
The person who attended us was very friendly.
To park we had to take some turns because the streets are narrow and there is little room.

Perfect for resting and disconnecting.
Wonderful finca and very cared for in all the maintenance details. The large room with mattress and comfortable pillows. Heating in every corner of the hotel. Nice spa. Beautiful views. Excellent family care.

A mess. Zero recommended.
Stayed 2 nights in this cottage in December 2024.
Pros:
-The decor is very nice, the inner courtyard too.
The room is spacious.
Cons:
- We hired 60 min of “Spa” and entered at 9 a.m. First, you had to go down to the spa dressed in a bathrobe and bathrobe from your room, through the inner courtyard (2 degrees outside), and then climb wet in the same cold. When we got to the spa grounds, it was cold. We got into the hot tub and the water was cold. The water from the jets was freezing. After spending a few minutes with goosebumps in the water, we got into the sauna. The sauna room was not warm, to notice some heat you had to lean into the steam outlet. My husband went to shower in the room 10 minutes after the circuit started. I waited another 5 min at the side of the steam outlet while he showered, so as not to freeze in the room while he showered. From reception, they didn't even bother to ask us why we had advanced the spa within 10 min. On the day of departure, we told the front desk man what had happened, very politely. He had no details with us for the inconvenience. He charged us every penny of the spa price, even though we didn't get to use it. In conclusion: a disaster.
It's very cold in the room. There were two air conditioners, but we only had command of one. In the bathroom there is a gas radiator that emits very little heat despite being open to the maximum.
- Breakfast was decent but very basic for a cottage costing 105€/night. They made homemade cake and the ham was good. But the coffee was filter and the juice was industrial.
In conclusion, if they had any small details or looks with us, I would not have left this opinion. In this type of establishments there are usually very close and friendly staff, but this has NOT been the case with this rural house.

Muchas gracias por la valoración y comentarios. Lamentamos su percepción sobre la temperatura del Spa. No tenemos constancia de esto a través de otros huéspedes. Procedemos a revisarlo para que la sensación térmica sea la mejor. Esperamos que pronto puedan volver y así disfrutar de la experiencia de La Graja de la manera más satisfactoria.

Smartbox boxes are not welcome in this cottage
We have a smartbox in which this rural house participates. What's our surprise? Between yesterday and today we have booked 3 times on 3 different dates 6 and 7 months in advance and they always send us the mail that for those dates they do not have availability. Last time they sent the mail in less than 5 minutes.
It is a shame that you participate in a box of this style when you simply do not want to reserve this type of thing. To make people lose the illusion of spending a gift, it is better that these types of businesses do not participate and thus do not waste time.
What is said if you have a smartbox evasion and welfare in this place are not welcome.

Muchas gracias por la valoración y comentarios. Lamentamos su percepción ante las condiciones detalladas para el canje de dichos paquetes. Se explicita que la reserva mínima en fin de semana es de 2 noches, por lo que no se cumplía con los requisitos de reserva. Lo lamentamos. Esperamos que en otra ocasión pueda disfrutar de la experiencia de La Graja, que sigue siendo valorada muy positivamente por todos nuestros huéspedes.

I'll be back.
Very cozy place, polite staff, rustic facilities but very clean and correct, the best quiet. I'll be back for sure. Breakfast more than right and spa facilities very well. It has a very nice inner courtyard.
