Lovely friendly hotel

Lovely hotel we are here at the moment and can't fault anything. Plenty of loungers around the pool and a nice atmosphere. The reception staff are brilliant really helpful and the bar staff especially Zak, Zouhir and baltizar are really professional and good fun. Sofia the animation manager is excellent and made our holiday special.

Lovely and relaxing

Lovely hotel which is in a great location of Can Picafort with just a 10minute walk to the main strip of bars, shops and restaurants.
Staff are really friendly and helpful, food was good and always had something each night to eat that was different. Sun beds were always available and none of that having to get up early to reserve one.
Bar staff did a fab job of keeping the pool area tidy and really friendly.
This was our second time of staying at Ilusion Markus and Spa and will definitely be going back again. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

Illusion Markus Spa Hotel

Very clean hotel. Staff was great, very attentive. Service brilliant.
Entertainment day and night, would be better with 2 entertainer staff, so they can bounce off each other.
Would benefit from better aircon.
Better selection of fresh fruit please.
Overall brilliant experience celebrating my grand daughters 18th birthday.

Relaxing detox from professional commitments.

Hotel in a strategic location, close to the sea and the evening promenade, but in a quiet area that allows you to rest in the arms of Morpheus.
The reception staff is friendly, attentive, and available to customer requests; we appreciated Miss Letizia, who was always very helpful and attentive to our needs. Also, the other Miss...
(except for the gentleman who oversees the reception in the morning; two requests to have the room ready by 2:00 PM were not met...) we left at 9:15 AM, and upon our return at 2:00 PM, nothing had been done.
A special thanks goes to the dining staff, the waiters/waitresses, all attentive to table service, to the chef, and to the entire kitchen for the preparation of the dishes, which is always very well done and varied. Congratulations!
The fitness area and spa are also very clean and well organized.
I recommend it, and we will definitely return.

Lovely 2 week break

We spent a lovely 2 weeks here, it is quite a small hotel and almost had a guest house feel about it. The food was tasty and the staff all friendly. We had a lovely sea view room, a little dated but clean and plenty of storage, the only down side was the construction site opposite which started noisy work at 07.30/08.00 every day, good job we are early birds! (and absolutely not the hotel's fault). I left my Kindle behind and contacted the hotel on my return who were very helpful in getting it returned to me. It is a short walk to the sea front and we really liked the area so we will definitely be back
