Immaculate friendly hotel!
Amazing budget hotel! Location was great! But the hotel was immaculate and the staff always wiping floors doors etc! Hotel manager was amazing Marga could not do enough for you! All the staff ( too many names to mention) where incredible and we will miss them so much.the breakfast was lovely lots of food and snacks at bar where great value so where the drinks! Will definitely be going back to hotel again,so don’t hesitate to book as it’s good value for money.

Budget gem!
Such a shame we have had several young adults causing mayhem in our hotel corridor at night!Staff were helpful when we and others complained,apparently you can use hotel phone and dial 9 for immediate security assistance, not told this anywhere on information or check in.

Review
The location of the hotel is perfect if you are wanting to be near the strip
The staff is nice and welcoming and can be pretty helpful
however, there was some downsides. We only got our sheets changed once the whole trip. When we asked reception about this they said they are supposed to be cleaned everyday but it was evident ours weren’t. The whole room was just hardly cleaned at all and cleaned spent very little time in them.
The hotel also makes you pay for a Tv remote and even pay for a fridge.
The noise level was fine for us
The staff is nice and welcoming and can be pretty helpful

Globales Torrenova/never again
Just got back from a week at this hotel, need another holiday due to lack of sleep. Yes it’s cheap and a party hotel but didn’t expect to get an average of 2/3 hours broken sleep a night, due to shouting, banging doors, youths running up and down corridors, loud music/parties in rooms at all hours of the night. It kept the reception/security on their toes!
Managed to sleep by the pool for a few hours on a morning before the youths got their 2nd wind and then more shouting, bombing in the pool, loud music, drunk youths, footballs flying everywhere.
I am mid 50’s and like a bit of fun/lively hotel but this was just insane.
If you are looking for a quiet week away bypass this hotel.

Amazing
My 3rd stay at this hotel and it won’t be my last I absolutely love this hotel from the staff to the food , I’m a solo traveler and feeling safe is my 1st priority which has been upheld every time I have stayed at this hotel, the staff are amazing even though they are all new was greeted beautifully some staff remember me from last year so I would highly recommend this hotel and will be hopefully be back September if not already booked for next may ❤️❤️
