Great location, and helpfull staff

We had a very nice stay at Letoh Letoh. The hotel has a great location in the Old Town of Bilbao. Check in and check out was smooth. There is valet parking close to the hotel( 300-400 meters) Only wish would have been two chairs in the room, for easy use of the balcony, but we borrowed from the reception, so no Big deal. Very helpfull staff. The best recommandations from us

Nice but needs improvement

Nice hotel located in the old town in a pedestrian area.
My room was a superior double on the third floor, very spacious, but it lacked several things to be a 4-star...
Personal care kit not present and not provided even upon request (shower cap, body cream, cotton swabs, paper towels, etc.).
Additionally, there is no fridge in the room, which can be useful in the warm season.
Little attention to the daily replenishment of coffee, sugar, etc.
I confirm what other customers have said... the bathroom is the worst solution I have ever seen, all made of glass and obviously lacking any privacy

Fine hotel, but the bathroom lacks privacy

Great location in the center. Everything is within walking distance: supermarkets, metro, bus stops and many restaurants and cafes.
The room was clean and comfortable. The only downside to the room was the very dark lighting.
However, the biggest drawback we found was the bathroom. The glass wall and door were completely transparent. For a double room we really did not like this and it offered virtually no privacy.

Great boutique hotel in the heart of the old city

I had a fantastic stay at this charming boutique hotel, perfectly located in the heart of Bilbao’s Old Town. The rooms are modern, comfortable, and exceptionally well insulated from street noise. The air conditioning worked perfectly, and the bath amenities were a lovely touch.
The highlight of my stay was the front desk team, especially Janire, who went above and beyond to make my visit truly special. The hotel also features an excellent coffee shop on the ground floor, as well as inviting communal spaces that are perfect for working or relaxing.
If you're visiting Bilbao and looking for an affordable, cozy, and well-located hotel with outstanding service, this is the place to stay.

Very nice place in old town. Many nice eats close by. Nice, affordable and clean room with quirknes on how the bathroom is set up. But perfect for our one night stay. Friendly and helpful Staff. Will come back for sure.
