Excellent stay in Bilbao!

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel and highly recommend it.The Room: Very stylish, spotlessly clean, and highly functional.The Location: Perfect for exploring Bilbao, as it is within walking distance of all the main attractions.The Staff: Incredibly kind, helpful, and welcoming throughout my visit.I will definitely choose this hotel again for my next trip to Bilbao!

Beware rooms facing light shafts

We got a very dark room facing a smelly light shaft (make sure you don‘t get room 105 if you should book here.)
The toilet was loose and came off the wall. Luckily that was fixed during our stay.
The breakfast was ok at most. I have rarely seen someone treat their customers as disparagingly as the person serving the breakfast. The toast with cream cheese and salmon we ordered must have been prepared well in advance - it was already quite soggy.
The good thing about this hotel is its location. Everything from bars to shopping areas to the Guggenheim museum can be reached easily by foot.
The room was clean and modernly furnished.

Perfect location to explore Bilbao

Bilder Boutique Hotel has a fantastic location at edge of Bilbao's old town with its beautiful narrow streets, with easy access to metro and other parts of the city. Room was spacious, very clean and quiet and bed comfortable. Service was very friendly and helpful. Recommended!

Disappointing

Very disappointing stay as a family in two rooms. Good location and clean but they are the only positives. Lacked any atmosphere and housekeeping was non existent. We were sightseeing and out between 8.30am - 16.00 and room still not serviced. That happened repeatedly.
Rooms lacked functionality: no international TV channels or Netflix, no fridge, no long hanging space for dresses. Basic coffee making but poor quality coffee and tea bags. Very poor value for money staying in August.

Great location!

Great hotel! Staff friendly and helpful. Great location, great bar and food. Rooms very quiet. Bar great buzzy atmosphere. Easy walking distance to many visitor attractions. Just a step from the buzzing plaza Nueva. Highly recommend
