This service apartment is location right across from Casa Mila which is conveniently located amongst high end shops on Pg. de Gracia like Fendi, Hermes, Chanel, Dior etc. About 15 to 20 mins walk to Place de Catalunya and major tourist attractions. Washing machine with drying function is available inside room. Very comfortable spacious room with excellent air conditioning. Front desk staff is very friendly and helpful.

Great location w family suite and pool
Excellent location near major shopping and metro stop, two small pools were nice for cooling off including rooftop overlooking casa mil, family suite was great with separate room and beds for kids, and little kitchen nice for breakfast at hotel.

Perfect combination
The perfect combination of comfort, location, space, and amenities that make a visit to the city of Barcelona perfect. We always want to return to this hotel.

Excellent choice, despite the choice of room
We stayed for a second time at the Suites Avenue and, overall, our experience was once again very positive, despite a significant disappointment regarding the category of room we had booked.
As during our first stay, the welcome was impeccable. We were received in French with a lot of kindness, professionalism, and courtesy, which is always greatly appreciated.
The location of the establishment remains one of its greatest assets. Located on the prestigious Passeig de Gràcia, it allows easy access on foot or by subway to the main attractions of Barcelona, as well as to a multitude of restaurants, shops, and businesses.
The air conditioning is very effective, an undeniable advantage during the hot summer days in Barcelona, and the bedding is of excellent comfort.
The rooftop pool is also a real highlight. It offers a magnificent panoramic view of Barcelona and is an ideal place to relax after a day of sightseeing.
Our only real disappointment concerns the room.
We had booked the "Superior View of La Pedrera" category, particularly because of the description presented on the hotel’s website:
"Brightness, luxury architecture, and an outdoor balcony with impressive panoramic views." From the heights, admire the Passeig de Gràcia avenue in Barcelona and the famous Pedrera by the modernist architect Antoni Gaudí. The views may be affected by the seasonal foliage of the trees, street decorations, or other temporary external elements beyond our control."
This description had convinced us to pay a significant premium compared to the "Deluxe Pedrera View" category, which is simply described as offering "a beautiful view of Passeig de Gràcia and La Pedrera."
However, upon our arrival, our suite was located… on the 2nd floor of a building that has about nine floors. In our opinion, the phrase "from the heights" reasonably suggests that the room will be situated on the upper floors. Moreover, the so-called "impressive panoramic view" was virtually nonexistent, with the foliage of the trees almost completely obscuring La Pedrera and the perspective of the avenue.
We fully understand that the hotel cannot control the presence of the trees, as it specifies in its description. On the other hand, it controls the floor to which it assigns a room sold as offering a view "from the heights." In our opinion, this description creates expectations that do not match reality when a room is located on the second floor.
Another point to consider: at this height, the frequent passages of the subway beneath the hotel are clearly audible, even during the night. Light sleepers should be informed of this.
As a result, we do not recommend paying the additional charge for the "Superior View of La Pedrera" category unless there is a guarantee of receiving a room located on the upper floors. A lower category room would likely offer a more interesting value for money if it is located at the same level.
Despite this disappointment, we once again had an excellent stay. The quality of the welcome, the exceptional location, the comfort of the rooms, the rooftop pool, and the hotel facilities make it an establishment that we recommend without hesitation and where we will gladly return. We simply hope that the description of the different room categories will be more representative of the experience actually offered.

Our stay at Suites Avenue was exceptional. The property is sparkling clean with a modern and stylish appearance. Importantly, the plumbing, elevator, kitchen appliances, and so on were all is perfect working order. Great water pressure in the shower, and no lack of hot water. The furnishings were comfortable, including the beds. The 24/7 staff was friendly and very accommodating (thank you Javier, and all of the others). And of course, the location can't be beat. Without question, I would stay here again if I am fortunate enough to return to Barcelona.
